摘要: Provided is a polymer film which can eliminate both moire and glitter and is suitable for use as a diffusion film. The above-mentioned problems are solved with a polymer film, a surface of which has an arithmetic average roughness Ra of 0.63-1.80 μm, a root mean square roughness Rq of 0.76-2.40 μm, and an average height Rc of roughness-curve elements of 2.45-7.20 μm.

摘要: A resin laminate which has excellent warping deformation resistance even under exposure to high temperature and high humidity is produced by layering a thermoplastic resin (B) on at least one surface of a polycarbonate-based resin (A) sheet of which the main component is a polycarbonate resin, the thermoplastic resin (B) containing: a copolymer (b1) comprising 45-85 mass % of an aromatic vinyl monomer unit, 5-50 mass % of an unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydride monomer unit, and 5-35 mass % of an acrylic compound monomer unit; and either a copolymer (b2) comprising 1-30 mass % of an aromatic vinyl monomer unit, 5-45 mass % of an N-substituted maleimide monomer unit, and 25-94 mass % of an acrylic compound monomer unit, or a copolymer (b3) comprising 5-40 mass % of an aromatic vinyl monomer unit, and 1-50 mass % of an unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydride monomer unit, and 45-94 mass % of an acrylic compound monomer unit.

摘要: A front panel for on-board liquid crystal displays has a high hardness resin composition (B) on at least one side of a layer containing a resin (A) having a polycarbonate resin (a1). The front panel satisfies the following conditions (i) to (iv): (i) the thickness of the layer containing a high hardness resin composition (B) is 10 to 250 μm, and the total thickness of the layer containing a resin (A) comprising a polycarbonate resin (a1) and the layer containing a high hardness resin composition (B) is 100 to 3,000 μm; (ii) the high hardness resin composition (B) consists of any one of specific resin compositions (B1) to (B3); (iii) the retardation of the front panel is 3,000 nm or more; and (iv) the standard deviation of the second derivative of the irregular shape of the hard coat layer having irregularities is 0.1 or more.

A synthetic resin laminated sheet has a coating layer, which includes an acrylic resin, laminated on one surface of a substrate layer including a polycarbonate resin in which a monohydric phenol represented by general formula (1) is used as a chain terminator and is obtained by reacting the monohydric phenol with a dihydric phenol and a carbonate binding agent and has a viscosity average molecular weight of 18000-35000. (In the formula, R1 represents a C8-36 alkyl group or a C8-36 alkenyl group. R2-R5 each represent hydrogen, halogen, or an optionally substituted C1-20 alkyl group or C6-12 aryl group).

摘要: An optical sheet is formed by laminating, by co-extrusion molding, a first layer containing a polycarbonate resin, a second layer containing a polyamide resin, and a third layer, wherein the second layer is laminated between the first layer and the third layer, the first layer and second layer, and the second layer and third layer can each be peeled at the interface, and the outer surface of the first layer has a fine grooved structure. The optical sheet, which is provided with a plurality of layers in such a way, is capable of retaining, a sufficient amount of heat in a laminate in a mold since the entire sheet can be made thick during melt extrusion molding, and is able to improve the transferability of the fine grooved structure. In addition, the optical sheet can be made thinner by using only the peeled first layer as an optical sheet.

The synthetic resin laminate has a vinyl copolymer resin (A) layer and a polycarbonate resin (B) layer, wherein layer (A) is directly laminated on one surface of layer (B), and in which (A) contains a (meth)acrylate structural unit (a) represented by a specific formula and an aliphatic vinyl structural unit (b) represented by a specific formula, the total proportion of the (meth)acrylate structural unit (a) and the aliphatic vinyl structural unit (b) is from 90 to 100 mol % relative to the total of all the structural units in (A), and the proportion of the (meth)acrylate structural unit (a) is from 65 to 80 mol % relative to the total of all the structural units in (A).

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a synthetic resin laminate for use in transparent substrate materials or transparent protective materials, having excellent shape stability and surface hardness. This has been achieved by laminating a resin composition formed by polymer-alloying i) 25% to 100% by mass of a specific styrene-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid copolymer consisting of 45% to 70% by mass of a styrene monomer unit, 10% to 30% by mass of an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride monomer unit, and 10% to 35% by mass of a vinyl monomer, and ii) 75% to 0% by mass of a resin comprising a vinyl monomer as a constitutional unit, on one surface of a base material layer comprising a polycarbonate as a main component. Thus, the present invention provides the above-described synthetic resin laminate, a transparent material comprising the synthetic resin laminate, and the like.
