摘要: According to an embodiment, provided is a molding resin sheet including: a base material layer containing a polycarbonate resin (a1); a high-hardness resin layer containing a high-hardness resin; and a hard coat layer, wherein the high-hardness resin layer is located between the base material layer and the hard coat layer, the high-hardness resin has a pencil hardness of HB or more, and the glass transition points of the polycarbonate resin (a1) and the high-hardness resin satisfy the following relationship: −10° C.≤(the glass transition point of the high-hardness resin)−(the glass transition point of the polycarbonate resin (a1))≤40° C.

摘要: A method for producing a press-molded body of a polycarbonate sheet including resin layers (A) and (B) respectively containing a polycarbonate resin, and a high hardness resin (B) and a hard coat layer (C) sequentially stacked on at least one surface of the resin layer (A). The method includes pre-heating the polycarbonate sheet to a temperature between a glass transition point of the resin layer (A)−45° C. or higher and the glass transition point or lower; locating the pre-heated polycarbonate sheet between an upper and lower die of a mold, wherein a time period after the pre-heating is finished until the polycarbonate sheet is located between the upper and lower die of the mold is 90 seconds or shorter; and clamping the mold to press the upper and lower die to obtain the press-molded body of the polycarbonate sheet.

摘要: The present invention provides a polycarbonate resin composition containing a polycarbonate resin (A), a flame retardant (B), and a fluoropolymer (C), said polycarbonate resin composition being characterized in that the fluidity of the fluoropolymer (C), as measured using a Koka flow tester (under the conditions of a measurement temperature of 400° C., a measurement load of 0.98 MPa, and a die hole diameter of 2.1 mm), is 0.1×10−3 cm3/sec or greater. A polycarbonate resin composition, including a polycarbonate resin synthesized by an interfacial polymerization method, wherein the polycarbonate resin composition fulfills formula (1) below with respect to fluorescence emission of the composition when being excited by light having a wavelength of 290 nm, |{F(310)−F(450)}/{F(400)−F(450)}|≧40 formula (1) where F(310), F(400) and F(410) are respectively fluorescence emission intensities at wavelengths of 310 nm, 400 nm and 450 nm.

摘要: According to an embodiment, provided is a polycarbonate resin composition containing a polycarbonate resin, wherein a molded product of the polycarbonate resin composition has an integrated value of an amount of chemiluminescence derived from organic peroxide of 4,000 to 12,000 counts per mg of the molded product, and the integrated value of the amount of chemiluminescence is a value obtained by integrating the amount of chemiluminescence at a wavelength of 405 to 650 nm that is measured during 480 seconds in which under a nitrogen atmosphere the temperature is raised from 100° C. to 350° C. at a rate of 50° C./minute and thereafter is maintained at 350° C. for 180 seconds.
