摘要: A device transmits a force between a chassis and a body of a rail vehicle. The device is a structurally simple, space-saving device which allows spring movements and rotational movements of the body relative to the chassis. This is achieved in that at least one first traction link buffer, which has a first end face, and at least one second traction link buffer, which has a second end face, are fixed to the chassis. The first end face is spaced from the second end face in a longitudinal direction of the rail vehicle. The two end faces point in at least approximately opposite directions, and a stop plate with sliding portions which are mutually spaced in the longitudinal direction is provided on the body. The end faces of the traction link buffers rest against the sliding portions in a slidable manner at least along some sections.

摘要: An air spring according to this invention enables easy and reliable adjustment of a space between stoppers. Specifically, an upper member (3) and a lower member (4) are secured to upper and lower ends of a bellows (2). Stopper faces (5) and (6) that come in contact with each other to limit the amount of displacement of the upper member (3) are formed on the upper member (3) and the lower member (4). A movable body (7) that can move vertically to adjust the height of the stopper face (6) is provided in the lower member (4). A holding body (8) is provided that holds the movable body (7) in a manner that enables vertical movement thereof. The movable body (7) is capable of relative rotation around a central axis (18) with respect to the holding body (8). On at least one of the movable body (7) and the holding body (8), tapers (32) and (41) are formed that are capable of sliding with respect to the other of the movable body (7) and the holding body (8). The movable body (7) is rotated relative to the holding body (8) to cause the tapers (32) and (41) to slide and thereby move the movable body (7) upward or downward.

摘要: The present invention discloses a freight car bogie and a freight car. The freight car bogie comprises two wheel sets, two side frames arranged at outer side of said wheel sets, and a bolster fixedly connected to center position of each of said two side frames, respectively. The freight car bogie further comprises a K-shaped supporting device, wherein said K-shaped supporting device passes through preset holes on two sides of an abdominal region of said bolster; a first upper end and a second upper end, as well as a first lower end and a second lower end of said K-shaped supporting device are elastically connected with said two side frames respectively; and said first upper end and second upper end, and said first lower end and second lower end are respectively symmetrical with respect to a centre line of said bolster. The K-shaped supporting device of the present application may not pass through the middle part of the bolster so that a reinforcing rib for bearing vertical load can be disposed on the middle part of the bolster, thereby increasing the anti-lozenge-distortion rigidity of the bogie as well as improving the strength of the bolster for bearing the vertical load.

摘要: A railway flat car is supported on an underframe which includes suspension support frames provided with single axle suspensions. The frames include longitudinally spaced bolsters including horizontal frame structures on which leaf springs are supported which are also carried by journals supporting the single axles. The ends of the leaf springs are supported by vertical spaced hanger straps pivotally connected at their lower ends to support brackets which are fixed to the bolster structures of the support frames. In the present improvement the brackets are welded into recesses provided in the bolsters providing an improved structure minimizing stress problems. The brackets become an integral part of the bolster structures.

摘要: A railway vehicle, in particular a locomotive, has three or more trucks with the bolsters of each swivelly supported on the respective truck frames and having means for transmitting longitudinal traction and braking forces to the body underframe. The truck bolsters mount upright body-support spring devices which are yieldable in shear transversely of the locomotive to permit sufficient limited lateral movement of the body with respect to the trucks to prevent the full force of lateral blows and shocks received by the wheels from being communicated to the body and for preventing the momentum of the body from acting with its full lateral force on the truck wheels and rails. The upright springs of the end trucks support the underframe directly while the upright springs of the intermediate truck or trucks support a superbolster which is movable transversely of the locomotive underframe a substantial distance in addition to the lateral deflection of the upright springs to accommodate the additional lateral movement or excursion of the intermediate truck or trucks with respect to the underframe required during operation on curved track.
