摘要: A method and apparatus for controlling a hydraulic power system is provided that includes a hydraulic motor and a hydraulic pump configured to supply hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic motor. A relief valve is provided that is configured to release hydraulic fluid from a location between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor when a pressure of the hydraulic fluid exceeds a predetermined relief pressure. Above a predetermined threshold pressure for the system, the displacement of the pump is adjusted to at least a minimum displacement that is based on a total demanded flow for the system that includes a desired flow of hydraulic fluid across the relief valve and a first hydraulic fluid flow consumed by the motor.

摘要: A hydraulic circuit architecture for a work vehicle includes a pump, a work circuit, a propel circuit, and a circuit selector. The work circuit is connected to an actuator for driving a work component of the work vehicle. The propel circuit includes a motor that is adapted to be connected to a drive train of the work vehicle. The propel circuit also includes an accumulator. The circuit selector selectively connects the pump to the work circuit and the propel circuit. The hydraulic circuit architecture is operable in a first mode and a second mode. In the first mode, the propel circuit is connected to the pump and the work circuit is disconnected from the pump. In the second mode, the work circuit is connected to the pump and the propel circuit is disconnected from the pump. When the hydraulic circuit architecture is in the second mode, stored energy from the accumulator can be used to drive the motor to cause propulsion of the work vehicle.

摘要: A rollback prevention system is disclosed for use with a mobile machine having an engine and a transmission. The rollback prevention system may have an input device configured to receive an input indicative of a desired travel direction of the mobile machine, a sensor configured to generate a signal indicative of an actual travel direction of the mobile machine, and a controller in communication with the input device, the sensor, the engine, and the transmission. The controller may be configured to make a determination that the actual travel direction of the mobile machine is opposite the desired travel direction based on the signal, and determine a load on the transmission. The controller may also be configured to selectively increase a torque output of the transmission based on the determination only when the load on the transmission is less than a threshold value.

The input receiving portion may also receive an operator request for actuating the hydrostatic transmission. The machine control system may also include a processor configured to determine a factor based at least in part on the torque inputs, for adjusting the operator request. The processor may also be configured to determine a command for actuating the hydrostatic transmission based on the adjusted operator request, such that a torque load to be exerted on a power source by the hydrostatic transmission is within a desired range. The machine control system may further include an output sending portion configured to send the command to the hydrostatic transmission.

The relief valve controlling unit is configured to control a relief pressure of the relief valve at a second hydraulic pressure lower than the first hydraulic pressure when the work mode determining unit determines that the operating mode is the backhoe work mode.
