Abstract:

The friction based counterbalance mechanism can be incorporated as part of a biasing strut such as a spring configured strut.
Abstract:
A vehicle has a sliding door fitted with a rotatable brake member to apply a braking force to the sliding door when the vehicle is on a slope. The brake member is automatically rotated about a pivot axis X-X by a moveable member forming part of an actuator when the vehicle is resting on a slope into a position in which a braking force is applied to the sliding door by the interaction of the brake member with an elongate track in the form of a sliding door support track.
Abstract:
A damper mechanism has first and second rail members, a biasing member, and a slide member. The first rail member is fixed inside the opening/closing member along the up/down direction, and has an oblong guide hole formed therein extending along the longitudinal direction. The second rail member has fixed to a top end part thereof an engaging pin inserted through the guide hole, and has a bottom end part swingably supported on the apparatus main body. The biasing member biases the first and second rail members in a direction in which these approach each other. The slide member is made of resin fixed to the engaging pin, slides while in contact with the first rail member and the opening/closing member, and prevents contact between the engaging pin and an inner circumferential rim of the guide hole.

Abstract:
A door hinge of a vehicle can reduce a closing speed by generating rotational resistance only when strongly closing a door or a trunk at a predetermined speed or more. The door hinge of a vehicle may include: a door bracket coupled to a door and rotatably coupled to one side of a vehicle body bracket coupled to a vehicle body; a pawl lever pivotably assembled to the door bracket and rotating when a door closes over a predetermined speed; an anti-rotation ring pivotably assembled to the vehicle body bracket and combined with the pawl lever to operate together when the door closes over a predetermined speed; and a friction member disposed inside the anti-rotation ring and generating rotational resistance when the anti-rotation ring pivots.
Abstract:
A slide assembly includes a first rail, a second rail, a stop member and a friction member. The first rail includes two sidewalls with a connection wall connected therebetween. The second rail is slidably located between the two sidewalls of the first rail. The stop member is fixed to the connection wall and has a stop plate which is perpendicular to the connection wall. The friction member is fixed to the second rail and has an extension portion. The extension portion has a guide face. When the second rail is moved relative to the first rail after the friction member touches the stop plate and overlaps the stop member by the guide face, the friction member is slidably and flexibly in contact with the stop plate.

A drive apparatus for boarding and unboarding devices, in particular for passenger doors, boarding ramps, retractable steps and the like on public transport vehicles having an electric drive motor the driven element of which is connected to the input element of a first reduction gear the output element of which is coupled to the actuation devices for the boarding and unboarding devices where the drive apparatus is constructed as a compact drive where the electric drive motor, the first reduction gear and a second reduction gear as well as an energizable clutch are disposed axially behind each other inside a tubular housing between the first reduction gear and the second reduction gear.
Abstract:
A hinge for wings or doors, in particular for electrical household appliances, comprises a first element (2) and a second element (3) pivoted to each other and movable relative to each other in tilting fashion, a connecting lever (5) between the elements (2, 3), the lever (5) pivoting on the first element (2), the second element (3) being box-shaped and comprising inside it a spring (7) connected to the lever (5) by a drive rod (8) which can slide at least partly inside the second box-shaped element (3) itself.
Abstract:
A composite pull-chain disc mechanism with brake function for a door operator comprises a torsional spring having de-twisting and twisting sides. The weight of a door curtain always acts on the de-twisting sides, so that the inner diameter of the torsional spring is induced to shrink to brake the rotation of the central shaft of the door operator. If twisting sides bears an external force, the inner diameter of the torsional spring is induced to enlarge to release braking of the central shaft. Furthermore, the composite pull-chain disc mechanism can be adapted to an electric door operator. In the case of detaching an electric motor mechanism during maintenance, the door operator can still be operated to open/close a door in a manual mode through the composite pull-chain disc mechanism.
Abstract:
A washing machine of the present invention comprises a top cover where a laundry entrance hole is formed through which laundry is put in from above; a lid assembly coupled to the top cover in a rotatable manner and opening and closing the laundry entrance hole; and a stopper being formed at least in one of the top cover and the lid assembly and preventing the lid assembly from being rotated more than a maximum opening angle. The stopper prevents a lid assembly from being rotated more than a maximum opening angle.
