摘要: To provide a circuit used for a shift register or the like. The basic configuration includes first to fourth transistors and four wirings. The power supply potential VDD is supplied to the first wiring and the power supply potential VSS is supplied to the second wiring. A binary digital signal is supplied to each of the third wiring and the fourth wiring. An H level of the digital signal is equal to the power supply potential VDD, and an L level of the digital signal is equal to the power supply potential VSS. There are four combinations of the potentials of the third wiring and the fourth wiring. Each of the first transistor to the fourth transistor can be turned off by any combination of the potentials. That is, since there is no transistor that is constantly on, deterioration of the characteristics of the transistors can be suppressed.

摘要: Resistive bridges can connect many ring electrodes in an electro-active lens with a relatively small number of buss lines. These resistors are usually large to prevent excessive current consumption. Conventionally, they are disposed in the same plane as the ring electrodes, which means that the ring electrodes are spaced farther apart or made discontinuous to accommodate the resistors. But spacing the ring electrodes farther apart or making them discontinuous degrades the lens's optical quality. Placing the ring electrodes and resistors on layers separated by an insulator makes it possible for the ring electrodes to be closer together and continuous with resistance high enough to limit current consumption. It also relaxes constraints on feature sizes and placement during the process used to make the lens. And because the resistors and electrodes are on different planes, they can be formed of materials with different resistivities.

摘要: The application discloses a touch display device, including a liquid crystal display panel, a touch electrode, and a backlight module on a light incident side of the liquid crystal display panel. The backlight module includes a metal back plate. The touch display device further includes a shielding electrode on a side of the touch electrodes facing the backlight module, both the shielding electrode and the metal back plate are grounded. The touch electrode and the shielding electrode form a capacitor, and the product of a capacitance value of the capacitor and a resistance value of the shielding electrode is smaller than a pulse width of touch signals applied to the touch electrodes.

摘要: An image acquisition apparatus, a terminal device, a liquid crystal terminal device and an image acquisition method are provided according to the disclosure. The image acquisition apparatus includes an imaging plate and an image sensor disposed to be spaced apart from one side of the imaging plate. The imaging plate is provided with an imaging pinhole corresponding to the image sensor. The liquid crystal terminal device includes an LCD panel and a backlight element. The image acquisition apparatus is disposed at a position corresponding to the LCD panel within the backlight element. The image acquisition method includes acquiring an image of an object to being scanned by the image sensor through the imaging pinhole at a side of the imaging panel. An ultrathin fingerprint scanner can be formed based on pinhole imaging principle in the disclosure, and can be further combined with an LCD screen to accomplish fingerprint acquisition function. Alternatively, an ultrathin image acquisition device can be formed to acquire an image of a general object. This can significantly reduce the size and thickness of an image acquisition module in the device and greatly facilitate the implementation of mobile devices and embedded devices with an image acquisition function.

摘要: The present application provides a liquid crystal display including a liquid crystal panel and a backlight module. The liquid crystal panel includes a controller, a substrate, a plurality of scan lines disposed on the substrate, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of liquid crystal cells, each of the liquid crystal cells is electrically connected to one of the scan lines and one of the data lines simultaneously, the backlight module sequentially emits three primary colors of light in each clock cycle, the controller controls the liquid crystal cells to selectively turn on according to a target color to be displayed by each of the liquid crystal cells to transmit a predetermined amount of light of a predetermined color for visually synthesizing a target color. Thereby the filter layer is omitted, the transmittance is high, the pixel area is large, and the aperture ratio is high.

摘要: A reflective light modulation device, a projector and an AR/VR display are provided. The reflective light modulation device includes a light source, a polarization beam splitting layer which transmits and reflects light of the light source to form two beams of linearly polarized light perpendicular to each other, a first modulation reflective layer disposed in a propagation direction of a beam of linearly polarized light transmitted by the polarization beam splitting layer, and a second modulation reflective layer disposed in a propagation direction of another beam of the linearly polarized light reflected by the polarization beam splitting layer, wherein the first modulation reflective layer and the second modulation reflective layer perform a modulation synchronously.
