摘要： To provide a billing method for use of a water purification system that gives incentives for using the water purification system. Such a water purification system is equipped with water purification apparatus having controller and with monitoring server connected to water purification apparatus via public network and having controller. Filtration filter of water purification apparatus has water quality sensor, which measures water quality data of inflow water, and water quality sensor, which measures water quality data of purified water. Water quality data measured by water quality sensors are transmitted to controller and controller. Usage fees for the water purification system are calculated corresponding to improvement rates of water quality, which are calculated based on water quality data of inflow water and water quality data of purified water.

Upon initiation of a fluid delivery transaction, a communication link is established between a vehicle communication device and the central location and between a fluid container of the vehicle and the fluid delivery nozzle. The information received from the vehicle and container is relayed to the central location to authorize delivery of a fluid to the vehicle. Information is also transferred from the central location back and forth to the fluid delivery nozzle to update and store information regarding the fluid delivery transaction.

Via a computing device at the financial institution, the financial code is recognized as being associated with at least one of a vehicle identification number or a station identification associated with a vehicle, thereby identifying the vehicle. At least one parameter of the vehicle is identified via a computing device at a data center in selective communication with the vehicle and the financial institution, and an authorization or denial of the at least one filling event based at least upon the at least one parameter is transmitted from the computing device at the data center.

The at least one tower unit includes at least one dispense point, whereby a product or diluent is delivered from a diluent or product source to the dispense point. The ambient box is an insulated product path that is adaptable to at least one external source and the tower units or the dispense points. The external source may be conditioned externally or may deliver an ambient temperature product, wherein the product circuits passing through the ambient box may deliver product to any tower unit, thereby providing increased product variability within a same product dispenser. The product dispenser still further includes a tower structure that is removable without disabling the product circuits, and a method of merchandising on the tower structure.
