    摘要: A method of pressure-filling a container includes placing its opening tightly against a filling element, extending a return gas tube into the container, causing and measuring a progression of pressures in the container's interior, thereby generating a measured progression of pressures, generating a signal indicative of the measured progression of pressures, recording it, monitoring it for information indicative of a pressure peak, identifying such information, comparing a measured value of the pressure peak with a reference value, measuring an absolute pressure at a point in time at which the pressure peak is measured, based at least in part this measurement, determining that the pressure peak is caused by the filling-material level having reached the return gas tube, and upon making the determination, transmitting closing the filling element.

    摘要: In an initial state where a push rod is pressed down, a base of a movable contact point board supporting a movable contact point makes contact with inclined protruding portions of a moving block by a second spring to be inclined. When the movable contact point makes contact with a fixed contact point following the projecting of the push rod, the base makes contact with stoppers. Thereafter, since the moving block alone rises, the movable contact point board rotates following the end edges of the stoppers according to release of the pressing by the protruding portion. Thereby the movable contact point largely slides and is displaced to the fixed contact point.

    摘要: In methods and circuits for using associated circuitry to enhance performance of a micro-electromechanical switch, one of the method embodiments is a contact conditioning process including applying a time-varying voltage to the control element of a closed switch. In another embodiment, a voltage profile applied to the control element of the switch can be tailored to improve the actuation speed or reliability of the switch. In another method embodiment, the performance of a switch may be evaluated by measuring a performance parameter, and corrective action initiated if the switch performance is determined to need improvement. An embodiment of a circuit for maintaining performance of a micro-electromechanical switch includes first and second signal line nodes, sensing circuitry coupled to the signal line nodes and adapted to sense a performance parameter value of the switch, and control circuitry operably coupled to at least one terminal of the switch.

    摘要: A tilt sensor apparatus (36) includes one or more tilt sensors (42). Each tilt sensor (42) includes a conductive element (64) entrapped within an opening (46) formed through a middle planar substrate (38). The opening is surrounded by an opening wall (52) which is entirely covered by a conductor (54). A conductive star pattern (100′) is formed on a top planar substrate (40), and a conductive star pattern (100″) is formed on a bottom planar substrate (44). The star patterns (100) are positioned at opposing ends of the opening (46). The conductive element moves within the opening (46) as the apparatus (36) is tilted. An interrupt-driven control circuit (124) is configured to indicate a change in orientation only when a short is first detected across a contact pair (54/56, 54/60) that corresponds to an orientation opposite to a currently-indicated orientation.

The tuning capacitor (26) has a hole (27) through it, and the hole has a size that is selected to cause the loop antenna (25) to exhibit a desired resonance frequency.
