摘要: The invention concerns a threaded portion of a tubular element for a threaded tubular connection having an axis of revolution, the portion comprising a threading extending over its outer or inner peripheral surface, and a first sealing surface on the peripheral surface, the first sealing surface being capable of producing metal-metal interference with a corresponding second sealing surface belonging to a complementary threaded portion. The threading and the first sealing surface are coated with a metallic anti-galling layer wherein zinc (Zn) is the major element by weight, the metallic anti-galling layer being at least partially coated with a lubricant layer comprising a resin and a dry solid lubricant powder dispersed in the resin.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing zeta negative single digit carboxylated nanodiamond dispersion. The method comprises adjusting pH of zeta negative carboxylated nanodiamond suspension to at least 7, and subjecting the pH adjusted suspension to beads milling. The present invention further relates to zeta negative single digit carboxylated nanodiamond dispersion comprising zeta negative single digit carboxylated nanodiamond particles and a liquid medium, wherein zeta potential of the zeta negative single digit carboxylated nanodiamond dispersion is over −37 mV measured at pH over 7, zeta negative single digit carboxylated nanodiamond particle concentration in the dispersion is over 2 wt-% and D90 average primary particle size distribution of the zeta negative single digit carboxylated nanodiamond particles is from 2 nm to 12 nm.

摘要: An aqueous lubricant for metal material plastic working, which can form a lubricating coating having excellent lubricity (moisture absorption resistance) under a high humidity environment, seizure resistance to metal working with high difficulty, and the like, and further has excellent long-term agent stability; a metal material having a lubricating coating formed by the aqueous lubricant on/over a surface of the metal material; and a metal processed article obtained by molding the metal material are provided. The above problem can be solved by using an aqueous lubricant for metal material plastic working in which an aliphatic polycarboxylic acid having 5 to 8 carbon atoms and a solubility in water at 20° C. of 10 g/100 mL or more and an alkaline earth metal compound are blended in water, or an alkaline earth metal salt of the aliphatic polycarboxylic acid is dissolved or dispersed in water.

摘要: This invention relates to a production method for non-detonation synthesis nanodiamond by exposing carbonaceous feedstock to a dense plasma focus. The nucleated nanodiamond particles have characteristics that differentiate them from known forms of nanodiamond. For instance, the nucleated nanodiamond particles are substantially spherical and have a substantially smooth surface, as may be demonstrated by TEM. The nucleated nanodiamond particles are also free of graphite and detonation carbon contaminants. The identity of the nanodiamond particles has been confirmed through raman spectra, for example. The nanodiamond particles have also been found to be effective as a lubricant composition when combined with a carrier oil.

摘要: An air conditioning apparatus including a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve to depressurize a refrigerant. The refrigerant is formed of hydro fluorocarbon (HFC). The compressor includes a compression unit to compress the refrigerant, a motor unit to provide rotational power to the compression unit, and an oil accommodation portion to store oil to reduce friction between the rotating shaft and the compression unit and lower a temperature of the compressor, and the oil contains a carbon nanoparticle. Even when an HFC-based refrigerant producing high discharge temperature in a compressor is used, deterioration of the compressor due to the high temperature is prevented. In addition, by lowering the operational temperature of the compressor, the reliability and performance of the compressor using the HFC-based refrigerant and the air conditioning apparatus using the same may be enhanced.

摘要: A lubricant formulation. The lubricant formulation includes a polyol-based base lubricant, an ionic liquid, and an organic nanoparticle. The ionic liquid is selected from the group consisting of trihexyltetradecylphosphonium bis(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate, trihexyl(tetradecyl)phosphonium bis-2,4,4-(trimethylpentyl)phosphinate, and trihexyl(tetradecyl)phosphonium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide, or a combination thereof. The organic nanoparticle has a median particle size less than about 200 nm. The organic nanoparticle forms about 0.01 to about 5% by weight of the lubricant formulation. The ionic liquid forms about 0.5 to about 10% by weight of the lubricant formulation.
