    摘要: Disclosed is an oscillating power tool comprising: a housing; a motor; a drive shaft; an output shaft driven by the drive shaft to oscillate around its own axis at a certain angle of oscillation; an eccentric transmission mechanism converting the rotational movement of the drive shaft to the oscillation of the output shaft, wherein the eccentric transmission mechanism comprises an eccentric apparatus mounted on the drive shaft and a shift fork assembly respectively connected to the eccentric apparatus and the output shaft; and the eccentric apparatus comprises at least two drive members, the shift fork assembly comprises a first shift fork member and a second shift fork member, the first shift fork member has a first cooperating part cooperating with the drive member and a second cooperating part cooperating with the second shift fork member, and the second shift fork member is connected to the output shaft. The oscillating power tool further comprises an adjusting mechanism placed on the housing, wherein the adjusting mechanism operably adjusts the movement of the first shift fork member, such that the first cooperating part abuts a different drive member, the second cooperating part abuts a different position of the second shift fork member, and the output shaft has a different angle of oscillation.

    摘要: An oscillating power tool includes a drive motor producing rotary motion and an oscillating mechanism for converting the motor rotary motion to an oscillatory side-to-side movement. The oscillating mechanism includes a fork having two arms and coupled to an output spindle and includes a bearing positioned between the two arms of the fork and coupled to the drive motor. The arrangement of the fork and the bearing isolate relative rotation and translation between the components of the tool while still imparting an oscillatory motion to the output spindle.

    摘要: A sanding apparatus is disclosed which includes a motor and mechanical drive system for imparting rotational and oscillator motion to an output shaft thereof. The motor shaft extends upwardly through a worktable. In one embodiment, the sanding apparatus is convertible between two or more modes of operation. In a spindle sanding mode, a sanding spindle is coupled to the motor output shaft, such that the spindle rotates and oscillates with respect to the worktable. In a belt sanding mode of operation, a belt sanding belt/pulley assembly is attached to the motor shaft. The belt/pulley assembly includes a drive drum and a driven drum about which a sanding belt is entwined. When operated in belt sanding mode, the entire belt/pulley assembly, including the drive drum and the driven drum oscillate up and down with respect to the worktable. In an edge sanding mode of operation, the worktable is articulated so that at least a portion thereof is angularly adjustable with respect to the belt/pulley system.

    摘要: The grinding and polishing machine has a tool-carrying spindle (1) driven th a combined rotating and rocking action. It has a driving shaft (4) which is reciprocated axially and passes through a disc (8) which slopes at an acute angle. Above this disc is a second disc attached to the shaft, with a roller (5) attached to its periphery which rotates against the sloping disc. The tool spindle also passes through another sloping disc and through a plate (12) with a peripheral roller (16) which travels against this second sloping disc.The tool spindle carries an arm (13) with a dog projecting from it to fit into a hole in the plate to rotate the same. This plate also has a dog (14) which fits into a hole (15) in the disc attached to the driving shaft so that it transmits rotary movement for driving the tool spindle.

    摘要: Method and apparatus for micro-finish machining of cylindrical or conical surfaces on workpieces, and in particular the raceways of cylindrical or tapered roller bearings using a honing tool. The honing tool is subjected to two distinct motions in a direction parallel to the transverse direction of the surface of the raceway to be machined. One of the motions, the first oscillation, has a short stroke relative to the width of the surface to be machined, while the other motion extends over the entire width of the surface to be machined. The two motions are superimposed for achieving a surface contour of the raceway so that during full loading of the bearing, the raceway is subjected to approximately uniform surface pressure over the entire width of the raceway.
