摘要： A paper sheet processing device includes: an input unit into which paper sheets are input from the outside; an identification unit for identifying the paper sheets fed out from the input unit while allowing them to pass through in a first direction and identifying the paper sheets while allowing them to pass through in a second direction opposite to the first direction; a temporary storage unit for temporarily storing the paper sheets identified as being acceptable by the identification unit; a payout unit for accommodating the paper sheets identified as being unacceptable by the identification unit so as to be able to be taken out to the outside; and a storage unit for storing the paper sheets fed out from the temporary storage unit and identified by the identification unit while being allowed to pass through the identification unit in the second direction, wherein the paper sheets fed out from the temporary storage unit and identified by the identification unit while being allowed to pass through the identification unit in the second direction can be transferred to the input unit.

摘要： Aspects of the disclosure relate to cash handling devices that provide intelligent monitoring and management of cash cycles. A cash handling device having at least one processor, a communication interface, and memory may receive, from a mobile device, a request to process a pre-staged transaction. Subsequently, the cash handling device may generate and present a graphical identifier based on the mobile device requesting access to the cash handling device. Next, the cash handling device may verify that the mobile device is authorized to perform the pre-staged transaction based on the graphical identifier being scanned by the mobile device and cause a connection to be established between the cash handling device and the mobile device. Thereafter, the cash handling device may identify and process the pre-staged transaction associated with the mobile device. Then, the cash handling device may generate a notification indicating completed processing of the identified pre-staged transaction.

Upon insertion of a real ID card at the ATM, the ATM may retrieve security details from the real ID card. The ATM may transmit the security details to the third-party network via the call communications module. The third-party network may verify the security details with one or more databases which are accessible by the third-party network. Upon failure to verify the security details, the third-party network may transmit a failed verification response to the ATM.
