    摘要: A method of making a resonant frequency tag which resonates at a predetermined frequency comprises the steps of forming a first conductive pattern comprising an inductive element and a first land, the first land having a first end connected to one end of the inductive element, and a second end spaced a predetermined distance from the first end; separately forming a second conductive pattern comprising a second land and a link element, the second land having a predetermined width; placing the second conductive pattern proximate to the first conductive pattern at a first predetermined location so that the second land overlies at least a portion of the first land with a dielectric therebetween to establish the plates of a capacitive element with a first predetermined capacitance which with the inductive element forms a resonant circuit; measuring the resonant frequency of the resonant circuit and comparing the measured frequency with the predetermined frequency; if the resonant frequency does not match the predetermined frequency within a selected tolerance, moving the second conductive pattern so that the second land moves along the length of the first land to thereby change the capacitance of the capacitive element; repeating the last two steps until a match occurs; and securing the second conductive pattern to the first conductive pattern.

    摘要: In an actuator of the invention, coils are kept from being displaced along a y-axis direction as projections of coil bobbins are sandwiched between first and second iron cores along the y-axis direction. Also, the coils are kept from being displaced excessively along x- and z-axis directions due to shocks, for instance, as they are fitted in groovelike channels formed in the first and second iron cores. Since two bearings are sandwiched and fixed between third and fourth iron cores along the x-axis direction, the bearings can be easily set on a common axis with high accuracy. It is therefore possible to prevent displacement of the coils during operation of the actuator. Slidable support plates ensure smooth movements of an armature and thereby provide improved reliability even when the distance between the support plates and the first to fourth iron cores is reduced.

In the manufacturing method, a pair of core bands are formed by punching the electric steel plate so that both core bands are opposite to each other in orientation and the teeth of one core band alternate with the corresponding teeth of the other core band, the core band is wound to a designated height so as to form a ring-shaped core, and securing parts are welded to the inner cylindrical surface of the ring-shaped core so as to be connected to a washing tub by bolts. The manufacturing method of the present invention is simply accomplished, allows the electrical steel plate to be maximally utilized, and improves a degree of strength of the core.

The cable television diplexer and telephony module includes a printed circuit board substrate, and a diplexer having a low pass filter section and a high pass filter section, each of which has components mounted on the substrate. The respective low pass and high pass filter sections of the diplexer include one or more high Q value planar spiral inductors. Each spiral inductor includes a narrow track of metal disposed on the substrate and wound around a center to form a circular spiral curve having a plurality of turns. The spiral inductor may be fabricated on the substrate of the cable television diplexer and telephony module, or on a separate substrate, using a standard PCB fabrication process.

    摘要: A known electromagnetic actuator comprises two electromagnets arranged opposite one another, an armature that is movable back and forth between the electromagnets against the force of two mutually counteracting springs, as well as adjusting means for adjusting the idle or rest position of the armature. In this regard, it is shown to be disadvantageous, that after several hours of operation a readjustment of the pre-tension of the springs determining the rest position may be necessary. The new method is to enable an adjustment of the pre-tension of the springs that is durable and optimal for the operation of the actuator. This is achieved in that the springs are compressed in repeating compression cycles so often until the energy respectively stored therein due to their compression no longer or only insignificantly differs from the energy stored in the respective spring in a preceding compression cycle, and in that the adjustment of the pre-tension of the springs is only carried out thereafter.
