A rotating separation system may be coupled with the rotary shaft and may have an outlet in fluid communication with an inlet of the compressor. A static separation system may be coupled with a front end portion of the rotating separation system. The static separation system may include an axial inlet configured to receive a fluid and a static separation curve fluidly coupled with and disposed radially outward of the axial inlet. The static separation curve may include an outlet fluidly coupled with an inlet of the rotating separation system.

    摘要: An air filter (1) which is intended for an air conditioning system, includes a disc type filter element (2) and a power unit (3), preferably an electric motor, which is connected to the filter element for rotating the same. The filter element is arranged in connection with a ventilation duct (4), such that it is placed outside an aperture (4a) of the ventilation duct (4) at a first distance therefrom, and such that it is concentric with the ventilation duct. The ventilation duct is supplied by way of the aperture with air (A) cleaned by the air filter. The air filter further includes a ring type collar (5), which is arranged outside the aperture of the ventilation duct at a second distance therefrom concentrically with the ventilation duct. The collar is adapted to widen towards the aperture (4a) and is most preferably in the shape of a truncated cone.

    摘要: An apparatus for the cleaning of crankcase gas from an internal combustion engine includes a housing and a separation chamber for the crankcase gas with a centrifugal rotor arranged for the cleaning of the crankcase gas in the separation chamber. The centrifugal rotor includes a drive shaft extending into a drive chamber of the apparatus. A turbine is connected to the drive shaft. A nozzle is arranged to receive pressurized liquid from the combustion engine and to direct the pressurized liquid in a jet from a nozzle opening against the turbine for rotation of the centrifugal rotor. An adapter element is configured such that the apparatus is mountable onto the combustion engine with a drive liquid passage in communication with the nozzle. The nozzle is integrally formed with the adapter element with a nozzle passage having a conical shape which converges in the flow direction towards the nozzle opening.

    摘要: A mist/dust collector includes a tank body, a recovery tank having a demister member, a spraying unit spraying water or coolant fluid from a nozzle, an impeller mounted on a main shaft located in the tank body, so as to be rotatable by air flow, a disc rotary brush and a shaking-off member mounted on the shaft. A suction unit is actuated to draw air containing mist and dust into the tank body interior maintained in a negative pressure state. The impeller is rotated by collision of water or coolant fluid at a predetermined pressure, and the rotary brush and the shaking-off member are rotated simultaneously with the impeller, so that mist and dust are separated from air by a centrifugal action of the rotary brush and the shaking-off member. Mist and dust remaining in the air flowing into the recovery tank are collected by the demister member.
