    摘要: An integrated circuit includes a substrate; a buried insulating layer; at least one nMOS transistor comprising a semiconductor layer placed above the buried insulating layer; at least one pMOS transistor comprising a semiconductor layer placed above the buried insulating layer; at least one semiconductor groundplane that may be doped or a metal, placed above the substrate and below the buried insulating layer, said buried plane being common to the nMOS transistor and to the pMOS transistor; at least one gate insulator and a gate that is common to the nMOS transistor and to the pMOS transistor and that is located above the channel of these transistors and facing the groundplane, the area of the groundplane at least covering the area of the gate in vertical projection; the nMOS transistor being separated from the pMOS transistor by an isolation defined between the semiconductor layer of the nMOS transistor and the semiconductor layer of the pMOS transistor, the isolation being located in the buried insulating layer and making contact with the groundplane; at least one shared contact making electrical contact with the common gate and with the common groundplane, the shared contact passing through the buried insulating layer or the isolation.

    摘要: A cartridge for a medium to be dispensed is disclosed. The cartridge includes a head part having a dispensing outlet, and a film forming a cartridge wall. The film bounds a cartridge chamber for the medium to be dispensed, and extends at least partially in a longitudinal direction of the cartridge. The film has a front end that is connected to the head part. The is a multilayer film having at least two layers formed from different materials. The front end of the film is sealingly and non-releasably embedded in the head part of the cartridge, such that an end face of the front end of the film is covered by the head part. A method of manufacturing a cartridge having a head part using a mold is also disclosed.

    摘要: A folded-waveguide slow-wave structure equipped with an internal load, includes a central plate comprising a rectilinear beam tunnel of same direction as the longitudinal axis of the central plate, and a serpentine-shaped folded slit having its folds in the direction of the width of the waveguide; a lower plate and an upper plate closing the waveguide, the plates being placed on and under the central plate, respectively; at least one groove of cross section that may be variable, produced along the longitudinal axis of the waveguide, in at least one face internal to the waveguide of the lower plate, the upper plate or the central plate, and at least partially comprising a lossy material; in order to form a closed slow-wave structure through which propagates a hybrid slow wave the amplitude of which is attenuated by at least 20 dB between the start and the end of the portion of the one or more grooves containing a lossy material.
