Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes forming conductive structures on a substrate. Each of the conductive structures has a line shape that extends along a first direction parallel to the substrate. Insulating spacers are formed on upper sidewalls of the conductive structures. An insulating interlayer is formed that covers the conductive structures. A portion of the insulating interlayer between the conductive structures is etched to form a contact hole. An upper portion of the contact hole is larger than a lower portion thereof. The upper portion of the contact hole has a first width along the first direction and a second width along a second direction parallel to the substrate and substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The first width is substantially larger than the second width. The contact hole is filled with a conductive material to form a contact plug.

Abstract: RRO corrector function is formulated to partition the contribution of micro-actuator control from the other voice coil assembly contributions. Single stage actuation is supported by zeroing the micro-actuator control queue, otherwise multi-stage actuation is supported. The multi-stage actuation may include dual stage actuation and in some embodiments triple stage actuation. Triple stage further partitions RRO corrector function for the contribution of the second micro-actuator. Method of initializing an assembled hard disk drive creates hard disk drive as product, using the written-in parameter list for track on the disk surface to recreate the RRO corrector as RRO corrector filter using queues updated by NRRO corrector.

Abstract: In the data transmission method, a MAC layer receives data from an upper layer, classifies the data according to destination addresses and traffic identifiers, aggregates the data by destination address and traffic identifier as a first transmission unit, aggregates the first transmission units having the identical destination address as a second transmission unit, and transmits the second transmission units having different destination addresses in a single frame. The data transmission method allows packets transferred from the upper layer to be hierarchically aggregated by DAs and TIDs and then packaged into a data unit for each destination such that it is possible to transmit the data at an optimal data rate for each destination terminal.

Abstract: Methods of polishing an object layer and for manufacturing a non-volatile memory device that incorporates such a polished object layer using a specially formulated slurry composition are disclosed. The slurry compositions include a ceria abrasive, a nonionic surfactant having a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) value in a range of about 12 to about 17, and water. The nonionic surfactant is selected such that it may be adsorbed onto a hydrophobic layer to protect the hydrophobic layer from the ceria abrasive during a polishing operation. The slurry compositions may have a relatively high polishing rate for a hydrophilic layer and at the same time a relatively low polishing rate for a hydrophobic layer. Thus, the slurry compositions may be applied during a process for polishing the hydrophilic layer using the hydrophobic layer as a polishing stop layer.

Abstract: Provided is a side airbag installed at a roof rail over a driver seat and a rear seat, which includes: a driver seat side airbag having a plurality of division chambers divided by chamber walls projecting therebetween, the chamber walls being curved in a direction opposite to a flow direction of a gas injected from an inflator, and a rear seat side airbag having a plurality of division chambers divided by chamber walls projecting therebetween, the chamber walls of the rear seat side airbag being curved in a direction opposite to the chamber walls of the driver seat side airbag. Therefore, it is possible to protect a driver and a passenger on the rear seat, when the side airbag is deployed, by aligning an inlet of the driver seat side airbag disposed at the driver seat to a flow direction of the gas to rapidly deploy the side airbag. In addition, it is possible to safely protect the head of a driver or a passenger by first deploying a portion of the side airbag at which the driver or the passenger is positioned.
