    摘要: A monitor apparatus which includes a monitor body displaying an image thereon and a base member supporting the monitor body includes a fixed swivel member and a movable swivel member. The fixed swivel member is coupled to the base member. One side of the movable swivel member is coupled to the monitor body and the other side of the movable swivel member is coupled to the fixed swivel member so as to swivel around a swivel shaft. A projection member is coupled to one of the fixed and movable swivel members and protrudes to the other of the fixed and movable swivel members. A latching portion is formed at the other of the fixed swivel member and the movable swivel member so as to engage the projection member. With this structure, the monitor apparatus can be easily swiveled and stopped at a desired angle.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a circuit board mounting panel for electrical appliance, comprising: a base panel disposing a first printed circuit board and a second printed circuit board thereon; a first shield cover disposed on the base panel and mounting the first printed circuit board therein and formed with an opening part in a vertical direction to a surface of the first printed circuit board; and a second shield cover mounting the second printed circuit board therein and inserted into the first shield cover through the opening part and coupled to the base panel. Thus, the present invention provides an improved structure of a shield cover for a circuit board mounting panel for an electrical appliance, thereby minimizing a idle mold that may be produced while developing a circuitry or a PCB.

The method for manufacturing the LED fixing plate comprises the steps of extruding the fixing plate and the intercepting plate through a cavity of a mold integrally and continuously, cutting the integrally and continuously extruded fixing plate and intercepting plate at intervals of a predetermined distance, and punching the LED through-holes for fixing the LEDs in the fixing plate.

    摘要: A method for controlling preventative maintenance cycles in a semiconductor fabrication system includes automatically receiving, at a preventative maintenance module (PMM) in data communication with a host computer, operating parameter data from equipment in the system. Specification data corresponding to the equipment are retrieved by the PMM from a preventative maintenance cycle data base. It is determined whether the operating parameter data exceeds the specification data at the PMM. If the operating parameter data exceeds the specification data, then a key value of a variable ID corresponding to the equipment is changed, and an operating state of the equipment is modified by inserting the variable ID into an equipment control message and downloading the equipment control message to the equipment.
