摘要: The present invention provides an implant for pelvic organ prolapse support, comprising an implant for anterior vaginal wall prolapse support which comprises first body having a first angle and a second angle, a pair of first arms and a pair of second arms. 摘要: A sensing bone fixing element includes a fixing portion, a fastening portion, a capacitor structure, and a coil. The fastening portion is fixed to the fixing portion and suitable for being fastened to a bone. The fastening portion passes through the capacitor structure which has a capacitance value and includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, and an elastic dielectric layer. The first conductive layer leans against the fixing portion, the second conductive layer leans against the bone, and the elastic dielectric layer is located between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. The coil has an inductance value, and two ends of the coil are respectively connected to the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. The coil receives a detection radio frequency (RF) signal and generates a responding RF signal according to variations in the capacitance value and the inductance value.

摘要: A drug carrier and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The drug carrier includes a hydrophilic group, a hydrophobic group and an organic dye. The hydrophilic group and the hydrophobic group are connected by the organic dye. A plurality of the drug carriers are self-assemblable in a polar solvent to form a nanomicelle. The hydrophilic groups are located at the outer region of the nanomicelle, and the hydrophobic groups are located at the inner region of the nanomicelle.

摘要: A wound opener is provided. An operative field can be created through head/neck soft tissues for introducing the endoscopes and robotic surgical tools. An incision size can be properly adjusted. Thus, endoscopes, robotic arms or other devices can be smoothly introduced into the operative field to evaluate and treat lesions of head and neck soft tissues. Hence, the present invention facilitates surgical procedure, reduces wound size and effectively conceals wound to make it become invisible.

摘要: A manual jaw opening device with force acting on molars includes: a manual pivotal rotating device; and a pair of opening arms, respectively formed with a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is connected to the manual pivotal rotating device and the second end is equipped with a molar engaging seat; when the pair of opening arms are disposed in the mouth of a patient and the two molar engaging seats are respectively abutted against plural upper molars and plural lower molars, an operator is able to separate the pair of opening arms through operating the manual pivotal rotating device thereby allowing the mouth to be opened.

摘要: A foamed biocompatible material for use in tissue repair and a kit for producing same. The kit includes a container having a valve and an inlet, and a tissue-repair composition containing a biocompatible material and a liquid carrier, in which the composition is placed in the inlet of the container and the inside of container has a pressure lower than that of the outside so that, upon opening the valve, the composition is forced into the container by the pressure difference to form a foam inside the container. Also disclosed is a method of preparing a foamed biocompatible material for tissue repair.
