摘要: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed that may provide for integration of trusted OpenID (TOpenID) with OpenID. The authentication may be accomplished, in part, via communications between a trusted ticket server on a UE and a network application function. The UE may retrieve platform validation data (e.g., from a trusted platform module on the UE). The UE may receive a platform verification in response to the platform validation data. The platform verification may indicate that the network application function has verified the platform validation data and the user. The platform verification may indicate that the platform validation data matches a previously generated reference value.

摘要: Methods and apparatus for the convenient arrangement of a user's address book according to intelligent algorithms. These intelligent algorithms, in one embodiment, take advantage of one or more of: (i) stored contact information associated with one or more users, (ii) stored geographic location information associated with the users and one or more contact entries in the user's address book, and/or (iii) stored voice and data communication information associated with the user. This algorithm arranges the entries in the users address book, using the stored information as an input, in an intelligent manner. In other embodiments, additional information is used as an input to the contact entry arranging algorithms such as, for example, entries in a user's digital calendar. Business methods utilizing the aforementioned methods and apparatus are also disclosed.

摘要: Methods and apparatus to enable a wireless network system to dynamically change information channel message broadcasts. In one aspect, cellular network systems optimize pilot channel message delivery based at least in part on one or more network parameters. Base stations and/or cellular devices can dynamically configure the pilot channel message delivery or reception based on the network parameters. For example, such flexible pilot channel message delivery may more frequently deliver prioritized pilot channel messages, and less frequently broadcast low priority messages. Cellular subscribers with appropriately enabled user equipment may improve their power and applications performance through implementation of the invention. Furthermore, base stations may reclaim the freed cellular resources to support other services. Legacy subscribers are advantageously not affected.
