    摘要： An improved method and system for translating an optimization problem for use in efficient resource allocation. The improved method of the present invention includes the step of generating an index link record for each of the index variables in the optimization problem so as to eliminate the need for a symbol table and a plurality of temporary data records. The method also includes the step of linking the index link records of the index variables requiring expansion in a reverse order of the order listed in the optimization problem so as to reduce the number of traversals performed during expansion processing. The index link records have a pointer for identifying the next index variable requiring expansion.

    摘要： A vehicle carrier having a bottom frame which is composed of a left beam, a right beam and a bridging beam, characterized in that: the vehicle carrier further has an accessorial frame. A first vehicle plate is laid between the accessorial frame and the left beam, while a second vehicle plate is laid between the accessorial frame and the right beam. Compared with the prior art, in the present invention, the accessorial frame is disposed on the bottom frame, and the span length of the vehicle plate is smaller, so the material used for manufacturing the vehicle plate can be thin. Therefore, in the present invention, the materials can be significantly saved and the cost can be reduced, moreover, it can avoid the vehicles shifting on the direction when the vehicles enter into the vehicle carrier to ensure that the vehicles park in the right position.

The four-bar linkage mechanism is disposed between two columns, and the four-bar linkage mechanism is respectively jointed with the loading plate and the lifting arm. In the present invention, the loading plate will be well guided and move freely. The structure of the cantalever style loading plate is simple; it is suitably applied in the double-deck parking garage.
