Abstract:
A system for permitting offline content playback and for managing the rights to one or more digital content files within a computer network. The system manages these rights by encrypting the content files to prevent unauthorized access to the files. Encryption is accomplished by using one or more keys which are associated with one or more segments of the content file. These keys enable an authorized user to decrypt and playback the content files at a subsequent time. When the keys are received, a license which specifies the rights of the user regarding the content files, is obtained by the end user system, and verified locally to permit the content playback.

A micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) microphone package is provided in the present disclosure. The MEMS microphone package includes a circuit board, an electromagnetic shielding cover mounted on the circuit board to define an accommodating space, electronic components received in the accommodating space and electrically connected to the circuit board, and a shielding ring covering a joint between the electromagnetic shielding cover and the circuit board. The shielding ring is configured for preventing electromagnetic waves from entering the accommodating space via the joint between the electromagnetic shielding cover and the circuit board.

A hybrid wireless network, method, and plant for enabling communication between wireless devices are provided herein. An exemplary embodiment provides a hybrid wireless network for enabling communication between wireless devices. The hybrid wireless network includes a gateway that is enabled with a wireless sensor network protocol and a Wi-Fi protocol, wherein the hybrid sensor network enables communication between a wireless handheld device and a plurality of wireless transmitters using the wireless sensor network protocol and the Wi-Fi protocol. The wireless handheld device and at least a portion of the plurality of wireless transmitters are enabled with the wireless sensor network protocol and the Wi-Fi protocol.

Method for installing reactor coolant loop (RCL) piping of a reactor coolant system (RCS) system in a pressurized water reactor (PWR) nuclear power plant by positioning the reactor vessel, steam generator, or both, into position after attaching one or more coolant pumps, surveying coolant loop piping and a plurality of nozzles on the reactor vessel, the steam generator and coolant pump casing, or a combination thereof, with a precise measurement and 3D modeling technology for positioning data, then performing weld prep machining for the coolant loop piping on the reactor vessel side, and machining for the coolant loop piping on the steam generator side and coolant pump side based on the positioning data, and installing temporary supports for coolant loop piping and finishing the fit-up and welding between the coolant loop piping and the reactor vessel, steam generator, and each coolant pump.

A new method of producing fuel from biological oils and fats is provided, which comprises following steps: (a) proceeding with a catalytic cracking-deoxygenation reaction for the biological oils and fats under heating in the presence of a cracking-deoxygenation catalyst; (b) mixing the product of step (a) with hydrogen gas; and (c) proceeding with a catalytic hydrodeoxygenation reaction for the mixture from step (b) under heating in the presence of a hydrodeoxygenation catalyst. By means of the method of the present invention, clean fuel produced by using biological oils and fats as raw materials is compatible to the fuel composition produced from crude oil refining.

The present application pertains to a dual mode radio base station that is operable to operate in either a TDD mode of operation or an FDD mode of operation. The dual mode base station may include a base-band unit (BU) and a radio unit (RU). The base-band unit may include (1) a first set of components each of which is configured to provide functionally while (a) the dual mode base station is operating in the FDD mode of operation and (b) the dual mode base station is operating in the TDD mode of operation; and (2) a second set of components each of which is configured to provide functionally (a) only while the dual mode base station is operating in the FDD mode of operation or (b) only while the dual mode base station is operating in the TDD mode of operation.
