摘要： A grooved incisor blade set for paper shredders is disclosed. A blade includes a crown, a groove juxtaposed with the crown, and a center hole for a cutting arbor, where the crown and the groove define a relief channel. A stair-shaped, U-shaped or V-shaped blade assembly is described. In one embodiment, a notched grooved incisor blade having notches proximate to the central hole comes in contact with a mating grooved incisor blade also having a central hole. Force is applied to the mating blade to displace some of the body of the mating blade into the notches, affixing the blades together. A method for forming shredder cutting blades includes providing a strip of metal, forming a crown in the strip of metal, forming a relief groove juxtaposed to the crown in the strip of metal, thereby forming a relief channel, and trimming the grooved incisor blade of excess metal.

摘要： As such in one approach a method for operating an engine including a DPF is provided. The method including adjusting a post fuel injection amount based on a rate of change of engine torque during DPF regeneration. As one example, the adjusting includes reducing the amount when the rate of change is positive, and increasing the amount when the rate of change is negative. Furthermore, the method may also include delivering exhaust gas to a turbocharger turbine, to an oxidation catalyst, and then a DPF, the adjusting of the post fuel injection further based on thermal inertia of the turbocharger.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for connecting an integrated circuit chip to a circuit substrate. The method includes the step of pre-applying adhesive directly to a bumped side of an integrated circuit chip. The method also includes the steps of removing portions of the adhesive from the tips of the solder bumps to expose a contact surface, and pressing the bumped side of the integrated circuit chip, which has previously been coated with adhesive, against the circuit substrate such that the bumps provide an electrical connection between the integrated circuit chip and the circuit substrate. The adhesive is removed from the tips of the solder bumps using a solvent assisted wiping action. The pre-applied adhesive on the chip forms a bond between the integrated circuit chip and the circuit substrate.
