摘要: A semiconductor device wherein a layer doped with impurities is provided between a buried layer and an epitaxial layer, said layer doped with impurities having a conductivity of the type opposite to that of said buried layer and said epitaxial layer, a reversely biasing voltage is applied across the buried layer and the layer doped with impurities, and side surfaces of the epitaxial layer are surrounded by an insulator.This helps effectively prevent the element formed in the epitaxial layer from being affected by .alpha.-particles and greatly improve reliability of the semiconductor device.

摘要: A lateral bipolar transistor affording a good controllability for a base length is disclosed.In fabricating a lateral bipolar transistor by forming a single crystal column and disposing heavily doped polycrystalline regions on both sides of the column, contact surfaces between the single crystal column and the heavily doped polycrystalline regions are controlled by etching of an oxide film. The etching of the oxide film can provide a device of a precision higher than attained by controlling any other element.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an emulsifying agent comprising (a) a partially or completely neutralized product, with a basic substance, of a phosphoric acid ester which contains a phosphoric acid monoester represented by the general formula (I) and a phosphoric acid diester represented by the general formula (II) from 100:0 to 70:30 molar ratio: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.4 represent individually a linear alkyl group or a linear alkenyl group of 10-22 carbon atoms or a branched alkyl group of 12-24 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 represent individually an ethylene group or a propylene group, and m and n represent individually a number of 0-30, and (b) a nonionic surfactant with HLB of 6 or less. Emulsified cosmetics comprising (a) the neutralized product of the phosphoric acid ester, (b) a nonionic surfactant with HLB of 6 or less, (c) an oily substrate, and (d) water is also disclosed. The above emulsifying agent is weakly acidic or neutral in nature and also stable against aging degradation, it provides weakly acidic or neutral emulsified cosmetics stable at a broad pH range and confortable to skin.

摘要: A drug transferring needle includes a needle base portion, a first needle portion having therein an air passage, and a second needle portion longer than the first needle portion and arranged parallel to the first needle portion. In the first needle portion, a first air vent being one end of the air passage is provided on a distal end side of the second needle portion from a second air vent being the other end of the air passage. In the second needle portion, one end of a liquid passage is connected to the inside of the needle base portion, and the other end thereof is a liquid pass opening of the second needle portion. The second needle portion has a distal end having the liquid pass opening, a base portion connected to the needle base portion, and an intermediate portion connecting the distal end and the base portion.

摘要: An electric vehicle which travels by driving actuators includes: a monitor unit which monitors external environment or internal environment of the electric vehicle; an alarm unit which outputs, based on monitoring information obtained by the monitoring unit, a vibration velocity signal indicating velocity which changes in a cycle; a travel information generation unit which calculates a target travel velocity based on a steering direction and a control input provided by an operator of the electric vehicle, and generates travel control information for controlling the actuators based on the target travel velocity; and a control unit which controls the actuators based on the travel control information. The travel information generation unit regenerates the travel control information by adding the vibration velocity signal to the target travel velocity upon receiving the vibration velocity signal.

摘要: A syringe drive device 15 according to the present invention includes: an outer tube fixing portion 31 that detachably fixes an outer tube 22 of a syringe 16; a plunger holder 21 that holds a plunger 17 of the syringe 16; and a drive portion that moves the plunger holder 21 along an axis of the syringe. The outer tube fixing portion 31 includes: a flange catcher 33 facing a rear end of a flange 22a of the outer tube 22, the rear end being located far from the plunger 17 to be pushed; slide portions 34 and 35 that are located in front of a front end of the flange 22a to hold the flange 22a between the flange catcher 33 and the slide portions, the front end being located close to the plunger 17 to be pushed; slide guides 36 and 37 that support the slide portions 34 and 35 so as to be slidable along the axis of the syringe; and a slide portion operation mechanism that is switchable between a first state where the slide portions 34 and 35 slide along the axis of the syringe, and a second state where the slide portions 34 and 35 are held at positions to hold the flange 22a between the flange catcher 33 and the slide portions.

The piston manipulating section 4 moves in a direction in response to an operation of operation buttons 8A and 8B, and the piston 203 is thereby moved in a direction where the piston is pushed into or pulled out from the outer tube 202. An internal pressure of a medicinal solution container punctured with an injection needle 204 attached to the outer tube 202 of the syringe 201 is measured and displayed on the display section 6.
