Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for obtaining an Internet protocol header replacement mapping, which belong to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: obtaining, by a network node, fixed IP header information which is bound to a UE, where the network node is an MME or an eNB or a PGW or an SGW; establishing an IP header replacement mapping according to the fixed IP header information, where the IP header replacement mapping is correspondence between the fixed IP header information and an index or a bearer; and performing data transmission with the UE according to the IP header replacement mapping. In the present invention, the network node establishes the IP header replacement mapping according to the obtained fixed IP header information which is bound to the UE, the method is more flexible.

Abstract: Media access control MAC payloads corresponding to a plurality of receiving devices are encapsulated in one MAC packet data unit (PDU), where the MAC PDU includes a header, the MAC payloads and identification information of each receiving device in the plurality of receiving devices; and the header includes a plurality of subheaders, the plurality of subheaders is subheaders respectively corresponding to a MAC payload corresponding to each receiving device, the MAC payload corresponding to each receiving device includes a MAC control element (CE) and/or a MAC service data unit (SDU), and the identification information is used for identifying each receiving device. In the foregoing solutions, transmission of a MAC PDU during multi-user cooperated communication is implemented.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a remote electrical tilt unit, a base station, and a method for managing a remote electrical tilt antenna. The method includes: receiving, by the remote electrical tilt unit, permission configuration information sent by a first base station through a group of AISG ports of the remote control unit; configuring management permission of the first base station on the remote electrical tilt unit according to the permission configuration information, where the management permission includes at least control permission and query permission, and control permission on the remote electrical tilt unit can be allocated to only one base station. In this way, multiple base stations jointly manage a remote electrical tilt unit in a remote electrical tilt antenna, and a problem that it is difficult to locate and troubleshoot a fault when configuration of the remote electrical tilt unit is incorrect is resolved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a network device, and a base station for paging a narrowband terminal, where the method includes: determining that a paging message for paging a narrowband terminal needs to be sent; sending a paging message including narrowband terminal information to a base station, so that the base station obtains a radio capability of the narrowband terminal according to the narrowband terminal information and transmits the paging message according to the radio capability of the narrowband terminal. In the embodiments of the present invention, after it is determined that a paging message is used to page a narrowband terminal, because narrowband terminal information is added in the paging message, a base station is allowed to transmit the paging message according to a radio capability of the narrowband terminal.
