    Abstract: A switch device includes: a movable spring that has one end as a fixed end, and the other end as a free end; a substrate that is disposed below the movable spring; a first contact point that is disposed at a predetermined location between the fixed end and the free end of the movable spring; a protrusion that is formed on the substrate and is located to face the free end of the movable spring; and a second contact point that is provided on the substrate and is located to face the first contact point. This switch device is put into an ON state when the free end of the movable spring is brought into contact with the protrusion and the first contact point is brought into contact with the second contact point.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a sliding member which can slide for a longer period of time even in a dry state. In the present invention, sliding layers 3 are provided on the surfaces of a base material 2, and the sliding layer 3 contains polybenzimidazole (PBI) and 1 to 70 vol % of a solid lubricant. Since PBI, which is a thermoplastic resin, has higher heat resistance and also has higher material strength than PAI, PI, and EP, which are the conventionally used thermosetting resins, the wear resistance and the anti-seizure property can be improved and a decrease in material strength caused by high-temperature atmosphere, heat generation at the time of sliding, etc. can be restrained. Furthermore, the initial conformability can be improved because of high elongation percentage. Also, since the sliding layer contains the solid lubricant, the coefficient of friction can be decreased, and hence the anti-seizure property can be enhanced.

    Abstract: A sliding resin composition is provided which hardly seizes by decreasing oil repellency of PTFE to prevent discharging of lubricating oil from sliding surface. That is, by using resin composition 1 where particles of PTFE 3 in the surface of which inorganic compound 4 having oil-absorptivity is embedded are dispersed in synthetic resin 2, the inorganic compound 4 having oil-absorptivity absorbs and retains lubricating oil, and oil repellency of PTFE 3 on the sliding surface can be decreased. Thus, discharging of the lubricating oil from the sliding surface can be inhibited and resin composition 1 hardly seizes.

    Abstract: A communication system for transmitting and receiving a send data item is disclosed that comprises a transmitting device and a receiving device. The transmitting device includes a data generating unit to generate a data item by modulating the send data item, an impulse generating unit to generate an impulse corresponding to the generated data item, a transmitting channel selecting unit to allow a frequency component corresponding to a transmitting channel to pass through while the impulse attempts to pass therethrough, and a transmitting unit to transmit the impulse as a signal.     Abstract: An electrostatic micro relay, in which the contact gap between moving and fixed contacts may be increased and the reliability and high-performance regarding contacting and separating the moving contact with and from the fixed contact may be improved. In the micro relay according to the invention, as a comb-shaped moving electrode is supported at an obliquely upper position relative to a fixed comb-shaped electrode, the contact gap may be lengthened. When a predetermined voltage is applied between the contacts, the moving electrode is moved obliquely downward toward the fixed electrode such that the contact surface of the moving electrode slidably contacts the contact surface of the fixed electrode. This slidably contact may cause a wiping effect, whereby each contact surface may be kept clean.
