    摘要: A circuitry is provided with a first switching contact. A first spacer is laminated on the circuitry so as to provide a first space above the first switching contact. A first, elastic sheet member is laminated on the first spacer and provided with a second switching contact opposing to the first switching contact in the first space. The first sheet member is operable to deform while using the first space to bring the second switching contact into an electrical contact with the first switching contact. A second spacer is laminated on the first sheet member so as to provide a second space above a first part of the first sheet member. A second sheet member is laminated on the second spacer, the second sheet member being operable to deform while using the second space to thereby deform the first part of the first sheet member. An elastic member is interposed between the first sheet member and the second sheet member at the second space. The elastic member has an elastic deformability which is higher than an elastic deformability of the first sheet member.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a human/mouse chimeric antibody that includes the variable region of a mouse monoclonal antibody against human tissue factor (TF) and the constant region of a human antibody. The humanized antibody contains light and heavy chain complementarity determining regions of a mouse monoclonal antibody against human TF which have been grafted onto a human antibody. The present invention also provides a therapeutic agent for disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) syndrome, which includes a humanized antibody against human TF as an active ingredient.

    摘要: An oxidized phospholipid degrading enzyme is provided, which plays an important role in the oxygen stress preventive mechanism in organisms. The enzyme hydrolyzes a 1-acyl-2-.omega.-carboxyfatty acid acyl-3-phosphatidylcholine as a substrate at the 2-ester bond thereof to form 1-acyl-2-lyso-3-phosphatidylcholine. The activity of the enzyme is slightly enhanced by 4 mM calcium chloride. The molecular mass of the enzyme is 95.+-.5 kDa (by gel filtration). The enzyme is composed of three subunits whose molecular masses have been found to be 29 kDa, 30 kDa and 45 kDa, respectively, by SDS-polyacrylamide electrophoresis. A gene coding the enzyme is also provided. This gene is important for the synthesis of the enzyme by genetic engineering.
