    摘要: A hollow fiber membrane module includes a housing, a hollow fiber membrane sealed in the housing and a sealing agent in a space between the hollow fiber membrane and the housing, wherein 1) the hollow fiber membrane is made of a polysulfone based resin; 2) a membrane surface average pore diameter is 5 nm or more and 500 nm or less; 3) a pure water permeability coefficient under 50 kPa at 25° C. is 0.05 m3/m2/hour or more and 5 m3/m2/hour or less; 4) the sealing agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyurethane resin and an epoxy resin; and 5) a decrease in tensile strength after bringing the sealing agent into contact with saturated steam at 121° C. for 24 hours is 25% or less.

    摘要: A power semiconductor device driving circuit includes a gate control terminal, which is provided at a position separated from a drain terminal of a power semiconductor device by a predetermined distance so that electric discharge is generated between the drain terminal and the gate control terminal at the time of generation of surge. A surge voltage is applied to the gate control terminal due to this discharge, the gate of the power semiconductor device is charged to turn on and absorb the surge energy. Thus it becomes possible to suppress the surge voltage applied to the drain terminal and prevent breakdown of the power semiconductor device.

    摘要: An attachment is mounted on a cartridge holder of a printer as a replacement of an ink cartridge. An ink outlet member having a link passage is separably secured to an attachment body. Ink is supplied from the exterior to the ink outlet member through an ink supply tube. When the attachment is mounted on the cartridge holder, a downstream end of the ink outlet member is positioned with respect to and connected to an ink supply needle of the printer. Accordingly, the attachment is easily and quickly installed in a liquid ejection apparatus. This reduces costs and makes it easy to use the attachment.
