A speaker device includes a terminal member, a connecting member and a voice coil. The connecting member has a terminal mounting part, a flat surface and a recessed portion. The terminal member is mounted to the terminal mounting part. On the flat surface, an inner peripheral edge portion of a diaphragm is mounted via an adhesive. A lead wire drawn from the voice coil is drawn along an outer peripheral wall of the voice coil bobbin and inside the recessed portion to be electrically connected to a connecting part of the terminal member. Thus, the lead wire is not sandwiched by the flat surface and the diaphragm. Thereby, at the time of driving the speaker device, pressure is not given to the lead wire drawn into the recessed portion from the diaphragm and the connecting member. The cut of the lead wire can be thus prevented.

The adhesive is applied between the upper surface of the inner peripheral edge portion of the conductive damper and the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion. Thus, the conductive damper, which is sandwiched by the adhesive applied to the groove and the adhesive applied to the upper surface of the conductive damper, is fixed to the connecting member.

When the voice coil bobbin largely moves on a side opposite to a sound emitting side (downward), each component of the speaker device collides with each other and a large abnormal sound occurs. Therefore, a connecting member and a pot type yoke are designed to collide with each other via a buffer member in an area E1, for example, when the voice coil moves downward with the large magnitude. Namely, the buffer member is attached on a bottom surface of a bent portion of the connecting member, opposite to an upper surface of a cylindrical portion of the pot type yoke, in a circumferential direction.

The apparatus includes an output detector for detecting a currently required output of the vehicle; a speed detector for detecting a current speed of the vehicle; a first device for determining a target drive force of the vehicle based on the detected currently required output and the detected current speed of the vehicle, and according to a predetermined relation among the target drive force, the currently required output and the current speed of the vehicle; and a second device for determining the actual drive force of the vehicle. An adjusting device compares the determined target drive force with the determined actual drive force and controls the output of the engine and/or a speed ratio of the transmission, so that the actual drive force of the vehicle coincides with the determined target drive force.

A desired engine speed is defined as a nearby engine speed which produces a minimum specific fuel consumption when the engine generates a horsepower requirement as a function of either accelerator or throttle position. A logic circuit is provided which includes a first multi-emitter transistor with its emitters coupled to a group of first input lines and a first transistor with its base coupled to the collector of said first multi-emitter transistor. A second transistor is also provided with its base coupled to the collector of said first transistor, said second transistor having a polarity opposite to that of said first multi-emitter transistor. A second multi-emitter transistor is connected with its base coupled to the collector of said second transistor and with its emitters coupled to a group of second input lines, and a third transistor is connected with its base coupled to the collector of said second multi-emitter transistor and with its collector coupled to an output line. The collector of said first multi-emitter transistor is coupled to the emitter of said second multi-emitter transistor in order to absorb minority carriers stored in the transistors. This feature significantly improves the circuit operating speed. A further feature is the provision of a logic circuit which is highly integrated and which consumes reduced amounts of electric power, while maintaining high-speed performance of the TTL circuit, by substituting a multi-collector transistor that reversely operates for an inverter portion of the TTL circuit.

A larger Gummel number of the buried layer is accomplished by increasing the impurity concentration or the thickness of the layer. The device structure allows an enhanced circuit packing density, while suppressing a leakage current to the substrate.
