摘要: The achievement of broadband information transmission media, makes it possible to perform on-demand information distribution. With this comes a desire for an autonomous information distribution system that meets both diverse client requirements and the need for a high level of immediacy. An objective of the present invention is to provide such information distribution systems. The systems of the present invention comprise a means for managing the number of distributions, a means for generating an advertising list in which the extraction probability of each information material in the case of random extraction is the ratio of the remaining number of distributions of each information material to the overall remaining number of distributions, a means for handicap application which applies a handicap to the remaining number of distributions of each information material included in the advertising list, and a means for random extraction which performs random extraction with respect to the advertising list so as to extract one information material. In these systems of the present invention, extracted information materials are distributed to a distribution demand terminal from the information distribution server via a network, and the contents of the advertising list are updated.

摘要: A connecting structure for high frequency circuits is provided, with which components can be readily replaced, and which does not require high assembly accuracy and is applicable in a broad band. First and second circuit boards each having strip lines on top surfaces thereof are placed to secure a gap therebetween. Patch portions each constituting a resonator are formed by extending the width of the strip lines, and a supporting member of a foam material is placed on the top of the patch portion formed on the first circuit board. A parasitic element made of a dielectric material is cantilevered by the supporting member. The free end side of the parasitic element is placed above the patch portion formed on the second circuit board while securing a predetermined space between the parasitic element and this patch portion. A strong electrical connection is established by the parasitic element that electromagnetically couples non-continuing portions, thereby making it possible to cut a direct current.

摘要: A scheme for detecting telop character displaying frames in video image which is capable of suppressing erroneous detection of frames without telop characters due to instability of image features is disclosed. In this scheme, each input frame constituting the video data is entered, and whether each input frame is a telop character displaying frame in which telop characters are displayed or not is judged, according to edge pairs detected from each input frame by detecting each two adjacent edge pixels for which intensity gradient directions are opposite on some scanning line used in judging an intensity gradient direction at each edge pixel and for which an intensity difference between said two adjacent edge pixels is within a prescribed range as one edge pair, edge pixels being pixels at which an intensity value locally changes by at least a prescribed amount with respect to a neighboring pixel among a plurality of pixels constituting each input frame.

摘要: An antenna device comprises an antenna section and a filter section which are formed in an integrated manner in a dielectric substrate, wherein the antenna section and the filter section are coupled to one another via a capacitance. Further, 0.3×Lr≦Lt≦1.2×Lr is satisfied provided that an antenna length of the antenna section is Lt, and an antenna length measured for a single antenna is Lr. Accordingly, it is possible to realize a small size of the antenna device while avoiding the decrease in gain and the disadvantage of narrow band.
