摘要： A picture display device comprising an electron source for producing band-shaped electron beams, electron beam control means for controlling the selective passage of the electron beams, deflection means for horizontally and vertically deflecting the electron beams and display means for emitting light in response to impingement of the electron beams thereon. The electron source comprises a plurality of linear thermionic cathodes, a focusing electrode for focusing the electron beams emitted from each linear thermionic cathode to band-shaped electron beams and an electron beam emitting electrode having a plurality of apertures therethrough, and a negative pulse voltage is sequentially applied to the linear thermionic cathodes to emit the required electron beams for one scanning line.

摘要： A camera shutter includes a pair of spaced apart base plates supporting the various shutter components. At least one of the base plates is formed entirely of synthetic resin material which is electrically insulative and which possesses lubricating properties. The synthetic resin base plate has a set of tubular portions extending toward and connected to the other base plate and also has a set of shafts turnably supporting some of the shutter components, such as the control lever and control cam. The synthetic resin base plate also includes a hollow winding frame about which is wound a coil and in which is slidably inserted an armature to form an electromagnet for use in controlling the shutter operation. The use of a synthetic resin base plate dispenses with the necessity of separate lubrication and enables formation of a smaller shutter.

摘要： A camera shutter mechanism for opening and closing a shutter aperture to effect an exposure comprises a group of opening blades movable, when released, from a closed position covering the shutter aperture to an open position uncovering the shutter aperture to thereby initiate an exposure, and a group of closing blades movable, when released, from an open position uncovering the shutter aperture to a closed position covering the shutter aperture to thereby terminate the exposure. A release mechanism releases the opening blades thereby enabling them to move to the open position for initiating the exposure, and subsequently releases the closing blades thereby enabling them to move to the closed position for terminating the exposure. A driving member automatically operates immediately after completion of the exposure to move the group of opening blades back towards the closed position so that the aperture is at least partially covered thereby so as to improve the light-shielding capability of the shutter mechanism.

The exhaust gas purification system includes a diesel particulate filter, a reducing agent injection valve and an SCR catalyst in this order from the exhaust upstream side. A condition satisfaction determination section determines whether or not urea aqueous solution is likely to be solidified when detecting that an ignition switch is turned off, and an internal-combustion engine stop prevention section prevents the internal-combustion engine from being stopped, based on a determination by the condition satisfaction determination section.

摘要： A flange, which forms a portion of a vacuum container, has a rectangular opening surrounded by an insulating frame. A plate-shaped radio-frequency antenna conductor 13 is provided so as to cover the opening, with the insulating frame clamped thereby. In this structure, a radio-frequency power source is connected via a matching box to one end along the length of the radio-frequency antenna conductor, the other end is connected to ground, and electric power is supplied so that a radio-frequency current flows from one end of the radio-frequency antenna conductor to the other. By this method, the impedance of the radio-frequency antenna conductor can be lowered, and high-density plasma with a low electron temperature can be efficiently generated.

摘要： The present invention provides an internal antenna type plasma processing device which is easily maintained and capable of producing stable plasma. The plasma processing device has a plurality of antenna units 20 provided in the top wall 111 of a vacuum chamber 11. Each of the antenna units 20 includes: a dielectric housing 21 provided to protrude into the vacuum chamber 11 from the top wall 111 of the vacuum chamber 11; a cover 22 having a second gas discharge port 25 for discharging the atmosphere in the housing to the outside of the vacuum chamber; and a radio-frequency antenna 23 formed by a conductor tube which is fixed to the cover 22 by way of a feedthrough 24 and has gas passage holes 232 in its tube walls. An inert gas is supplied into the tube of the radio-frequency antenna 23, and the inside of the housing 21 is filled with the inert gas provided through the gas passage holes 232. The inert gas is discharged to the outside of the vacuum chamber 11 through the second gas discharge port 25.
