Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for a NAN proxy client transitioning a state in a wireless communication system. Here, the method for a NAN proxy client transitioning a state may comprise the steps of: the NAN proxy client transitioning, to a NAN proxy server, a request message requesting the escrowing of a proxy service; receiving a response message from the NAN proxy server; performing registration to the NAN proxy server on the basis of the response message; and the state of the NAN proxy client transitioning. Here, if the registration to the NAN proxy server is performed, the state of the NAN proxy client can be transitioned to a first state.
