摘要: An optical fiber connector comprising a base and a lid member constituting an element having a doubly split structure which forms a roughly rod-like shape when united, and a spring for housing the base and lid member and applying pressure for pressing them together, wherein centering grooves for positioning and centering optical fibers for adjoinment and connection are provided in at least one or between the opposing faces of the base and lid member which are put together. In a mode wherein the element is inserted into a C-shaped spring having a rod shape with a C-shaped cross section, the optical fibers which are inserted from both ends of the element are pushed to the centering groove and adjoined into connection. By inserting or withdrawing wedges into wedge insertion grooves formed between the base and the lid member, it is possible to open or close the element.

摘要: There is provided a developing apparatus capable of achieving high throughput. The developing apparatus includes an airtightly sealed processing vessel that forms a processing atmosphere therein; an atmosphere gas supply unit that supplies an atmosphere gas containing mist of a developing solution into the processing vessel in order to form a liquid film of the developing solution on a surface of a substrate loaded into the processing vessel; and a drying unit that dries the substrate in order to stop a developing process by the liquid film. A reaction between a resist and the developing solution can be stopped. Therefore, a developing process can be performed in parallel with a cleaning process performed by a cleaning module and high throughput is achieved.

摘要: The present invention provides an interactive device which allows quick utterance recognition results and sequential output thereof and which diminishes a recognition rate decrease even if user's utterance is divided by a short interval into frames for quick decision. The interactive device: sets a recognition section for voice recognition; performs voice recognition for the recognition section; when the voice recognition includes a key phrase, determines response actions corresponding thereto; and executes the response actions. The interactive device repeatedly updates the set recognition terminal point to a frame which is the predetermined time length ahead of the set recognition terminal point to set a plurality of recognition sections. The interactive device performs voice recognition for each recognition section.

摘要: The present invention relates to a fuel cell including: a membrane electrode assembly (2) having a fuel electrode (13), an air electrode (16), and an electrolyte membrane (17) sandwiched therebetween; and a fuel storage unit (4) storing a liquid fuel. The fuel cell is capable of continuously generating electricity for long hours only by being replenished with a fuel, and therefore, attempts have been made to miniaturize the fuel cell to use it as a power source of portable electronic devices. When the membrane electrode assembly and the fuel storage unit in the fuel cell are connected via a flow path, a fuel supply state becomes uneven depending on the shape and the like of the flow path even though a supply amount of the fuel can be adjusted, which causes a problem such as a decrease in an output of the fuel cell. The present invention solves the aforethe problem by providing, in the fuel cell, a fuel distributing mechanism (3) which supplies the fuel to a plurality of places of the fuel electrode, and connecting the fuel distributing mechanism and the fuel storage unit via the flow path (5).

摘要: A semiconductor device has four levels of semiconductor chips stacked on a die pad of a lead frame. Specifically, the first, second, third and fourth semiconductor chips are stacked in turn. The first semiconductor chip shifts from the second semiconductor chip, and the third semiconductor chip shifts from the fourth semiconductor chip. An insulation spacer is placed between the second and third semiconductor chips. The four semiconductor chips are located within the confinement of the die pad. The semiconductor chips, spacer and die pad are sealed in with resin sealing material. Signals are transmitted between the upper semiconductor chip (second semiconductor chip or fourth semiconductor chip) and the lower semiconductor chip (first semiconductor chip or third semiconductor chip) via a plurality of electrode pads connected by wires. Preferably, the first sides, which are the edges of the second and third semiconductor chips, overlap when viewed from the top.
