摘要: When content data are distributed from an information center via a predetermined communication line to a terminal apparatus loaded with a recording medium recorded with its identifier and prepaid information, the information center manages the usable remaining amount of money in the recording medium loaded in the terminal apparatus and updates this usable remaining amount of money every time content data are distributed. Further, if the usable remaining amount of money is smaller than the price of the content data distributed from the information center, the information center instructs the terminal apparatus to load another recording medium having a usable remaining amount of money sufficient to cover the content data to be distributed. Still further, a remaining recordable capacity of a recording medium loaded in the terminal apparatus is transmitted to the information center, and the information center compares the remaining recordable capacity with the size of the data content to be distributed. If the remaining recordable capacity is smaller than the size of the content data, the information center instructs the terminal apparatus to load a new recording medium having a recordable capacity enough for the content data to be distributed.

摘要: The manganese complex of the invention is one represented by the formula (1)[Mn(H.sub.2 NNHCONH.sub.2).sub.3 ](NO.sub.3).sub.2 (1)and showing weight loss of not higher than 1% after heating at 107.degree. C. for 400 hours. The manganese complex has high heat stability and is used as an active component of an air bag gas generating composition. The air bag gas generating composition of the invention contains the above-mentioned manganese complex. The air bag gas generating composition comprising a complex mixture of the manganese complex and magnesium complex of semicarbazide and/or carbohydrazide features a high rate of combustion residue in an inflator.

摘要: During recording the inputted data are sequentially written into a memory at one transfer rate and are read out at a second, higher transfer rate for recording on a record medium. The reading of the memory is such that data in a preset first amount are successively read from the memory to always ensure a write space in the memory which has a capacity which is higher than a predetermined second amount when the amount of the inputted data stored in the memory exceeds the first amount. During playback, the recorded data are reproduced at a second transfer rate, which is higher than a first transfer rate required for outputting the reproduced data, and are written in the memory. The thus written data are successively read out of the memory as reproduced output data at the first transfer rate. The writing of the reproduced data to the memory is controlled so that a second amount of the reproduced data is written into the memory and an amount of reproduced data, not less than a first amount, is always stored in the memory when the amount of the reproduced data stored in the memory becomes not higher than the first given amount.

摘要: A disk recording apparatus for recording data such as information concerning a musical performance on a recording disk (1) to which absolute addresses have been imparted in advance. Vibration during the recording operation and unexpected track jumping due to defects in the recording disk are detected relying upon the discontinuity of absolute addresses reproduced from the recording disk (1). In case track jumping has taken place, the laser power of the optical head (12) is dropped to the reproduction level and the track jump control is actuated to access a desired track. The recording operation is then resumed for the track.

摘要: An optical disk recording/reproducing device that records and reproduces digital audio data by executing an interleave processing for error correction is disclosed. According to the invention, when new musical information is recorded successively after previously recorded musical information, recording is started by digitally adding zero data for a prescribed period. Similarly, upon stopping recording of the musical information, zero data are digitally added for a prescribed period so as to end recording. The present invention is made to produce no abnormal sounds in a boundary section of one musical information in its reproduction state and the other musical information that comes immediately before or after it.
