摘要: In an ion generator, a high-voltage electrode with a contact portion is disposed on a first main surface of an insulating substrate and is connected to a wire electrode, and a ground electrode covered with an insulating film is disposed on a second main surface of the insulating substrate. The ground electrode is electrically connected to a contact portion on the first main surface via a through hole. By disposing the high-voltage electrode and the ground electrode on different surfaces, the occurrence of an undesirable leakage current flowing from the high-voltage electrode to the ground electrode is prevented.

摘要: The present invention intends provided a tandem pressing apparatus which can shorten and the conveying distance i.e. the conveying time without increasing conveying speed of the work.A tandem pressing apparatus of the present invention is comprised of a tandem pressing line constructed by plural tandem presses 10 and 20 disposed side by side, and a work conveying apparatus 70 including a main member and an arm portion. Each of the tandem press includes a bed, 11, plural uprights 13a to 13d studded on the bed, and a slide 15 supported on the uprights to be ascended or descended. The main member 62 and 63 is provided at a portion located inside the uprights of the adjacent two tandem presses constructing the tandem pressing line and does not interfer with the slide. The arm member 65 is held on the main member to transfer the work having been pressed by the upstream tandem press to the downstream tandem press.

The ground electrode is disposed at the outer region of the insulating substrate and includes a pair of legs, which are substantially parallel to the linear electrode, which is disposed between the legs. The ground electrode further includes a contact portion in contact with a terminal and an insulating casing contact portion in contact with the upper resin casing. The insulating film is disposed on substantially the entire surface of the insulating substrate so that the high-voltage electrode, the contact portion, and the insulating casing contact portion of the ground electrode remain uncovered.

摘要: A fixing device according to this invention includes a heating roller, a heater driver, a thermistor, and a CPU. The heating roller has a heater and heats a recording sheet. The heater driver drives the heater. The thermistor detects a surface temperature of the heating roller. The CPU stops an operation of the heater driver when the surface temperature of the heating roller becomes higher than a predetermined temperature and, thereafter, causes the thermistor to perform detection of the surface temperature of the heating roller for a predetermined time period and issues an alarm about occurrence of a first abnormality when the surface temperature of the heating roller fails to drop in the predetermined time period.

摘要: An arbitrary position of a pipe is clamped and a connector is engaged with the pipe. Then, an end portion of the pipe is expanded with a tool such as a diameter expanding punch so as to caulk the pipe to the connector from inside. As a pipe fluctuation-absorbing portion, which is a relief space of pipe material, is provided in a portion of an inner face of the connector, when the diameter-expanding portion is formed, an excess pipe material is absorbed there and the length of the pipe is reduced and adjusted to an appropriate value. A portion in which the pipe fluctuation-absorbing portion is formed is not limited to a forward end portion of the pipe but it may be formed on an inner face of the connector corresponding to an intermediate portion.

摘要: In an image-forming device and method which includes an information-detecting device for detecting information A regarding a first processing condition and information B regarding a second processing condition, and a judging system for judging, according to the information A, whether or not a regulation of the first processing condition needs to be performed. When the judging system judges that the regulation of the first processing condition needs to be performed, a first regulation mode is performed in which the regulation of the first processing condition is performed, the information-detecting device detects at least the information B, and a regulation of the second processing condition is performed according to the information B. When the judging system judges otherwise, a second regulation mode is performed in which the first regulation mode is not performed, and the regulation of the second processing condition is performed according to the information B.

摘要: An image forming apparatus includes an photoconductive drum, a charger, an exposing device, a developing device and a transferring device. A photo-sensor is disposed around the photoconductive drum. The photo-sensor senses the intensity of the reflected light from the surface of the photoconductive drum and the reflected light from the reference toner image formed on the photoconductive drum. The intensity of the emitted light from photo-sensor is changed corresponding to a continuous lighting time of the photo-sensor. Therefore, the intensity is compensated in response to the continuous lighting time of the photo-sensor. As a result, accurate toner density is detected.
