The variable-gain amplifier circuit is configured so that a variable-load circuit, which includes three reactance function elements and provides a wide range of impedance variation, is connected to a conductor circuit whose output terminal generates a positive-phase output current proportional to conductance with respect to an input voltage.

摘要： A projection-type image display device generates projection light by modulating light beams of at least three primary colors in accordance with image information and synthesizing the modulated light beams. The display device includes a light source unit constituted by arranging a plurality of light source elements each having light source arrays being arranged on heat receiving plates respectively so as to conduct the light beams of the colors to irradiation surfaces of a synthesizing prism, a refrigerating unit including at least a refrigerant compressor, a condenser, a pressure reducing unit and a refrigerant pipe constituting an evaporator, and an air cooling device lower in cooling capacity than the refrigerating unit. Of the plural light source arrays, those relatively large in the amount of heat generated are connected to the refrigerating unit, while the others are connected to the air cooling unit.

摘要： The present invention provides a voltage-controlled oscillator operating from microwave frequencies to millimeter wave frequencies, which is capable of outputting a large power with an output impedance thereof being set up to a predetermined level at low power consumption, and a communication device using the same. The voltage-controlled oscillator includes: a differential alternating current generator including a resonator capable of varying resonant frequency according to an input control voltage, for generating a pair of differential alternating current each of which having the same frequency with the resonant frequency of the resonator yet being 180 degrees out of phase in mutual; a pair of transformers each of which having a primary inductor and a secondary inductor, for conducting the alternating current to the primary inductor; and an impedance-matching circuit connected to the secondary inductor of the transformers, wherein an output signal is outputted from the secondary inductors of the transformers.

摘要： A casing of a motor with resolver includes a stator, a motor shaft rotatably supported by a bearing, a motor rotor integrally rotatable with the motor shaft, and a resolver for detecting a rotation angle of the motor rotor. The resolver includes a disc-shaped resolver stator held on the motor casing and having a surface on which a thin-film-shaped coil is formed, and a disc-shaped resolver rotor provided on an end face of the motor rotor and having a surface on which a thin-film-shaped coil is formed. Part of the motor casing holding the outer periphery of the resolver stator is formed as a shield portion cylindrically protruding along the outer periphery of the resolver rotor to the rotor. The motor casing and the shield portion are each made of a non-magnetic conductive material.

The main bodies of the interconnection members are stacked to be close to each other while being electrically insulated from each other. Each of the positive terminal interconnection member and the negative terminal interconnection member further includes a plate-like extension 27b, 28b that extends from the corresponding main body toward the substrate, and a terminal portion 27c, 28c that extends from the extension and is joined to the substrate. The extensions extend to positions closest to the substrate, while being parallel to and close to each other.

The optical system is arranged so that a distal side of the fingertip portion is tilted, at a predetermined angle, farther away from the optical system than an opposite side, with reference to a position at which a ventral side of the fingertip portion contacts a face orthogonal to an optical axis of the optical system.
