    摘要: A non-sticking composite material for office automation equipment which is produced by applying, to a substrate, a material comprising a fluorine-containing polymer having an excellent adhesive property to the substrate without necessitating complicated steps and is excellent in heat resistance, non-sticking property, stain-proofing property, water- and oil-repelling property, stain removing property, chemical resistance, rust-preventive property, antibacterial property, resistance to energy ray and abrasion resistance. The non-sticking composite material for office automation equipment is produced by applying, to the substrate, the material comprising a fluorine-containing ethylenic polymer having functional group which is prepared by copolymerizing (a) 0.05 to 30% by mole of at least one of fluorine-containing ethylenic monomers having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl, carboxyl, a carboxylic salt group, a carboxylic ester group and epoxy, and (b) 70 to 99.95% by mole of at least one of fluorine-containing ethylenic monomers having no functional group.

    摘要: The present invention relates to nickel powder characterized in that the rate of the nickel particles whose particle size is not less than 1.2 time the average particle size as determined by the observation with an SEM is not more than 5% of the total number of nickel particles, that the rate of nickel particles whose particle size is not more than 0.8 time the average particle size is not more than 5% of the total number of nickel particles and that the tap density of the nickel powder is not less than 2.5 g/cm3, as well as a conductive paste for use in making a multilayer ceramic capacitor. The nickel powder of the present invention has a narrow particle size distribution and an excellent packing ability in a conductive paste and is particularly suitably used for forming a thin and uniform inner electrode for a multilayer ceramic capacitor, without being accompanied by the formation of any crack and/or the generation of any delamination.

    摘要: A method for preparing nickel fine powder is herein disclosed, which comprises the steps of mixing an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution comprising, on the basis of the total weight of the sodium hydroxide present in the aqueous solution, 75 to 85% by weight of liquid caustic soda as specified in JIS K 1203 and 25 to 15% by weight, in total, of at least one of sodium hydroxide as specified in JIS K 8576 and solid caustic soda as specified in JIS K 1202, with an aqueous solution of nickel sulfate to form nickel hydroxide, then reducing the resulting nickel hydroxide with hydrazine and recovering nickel fine powder produced. The nickel fine powder prepared by the method has an average particle size of the primary particles ranging from 0.1 to 0.9 .mu.m, a D.sub.90 value of not more than 2.1 .mu.m and a tap density of not less than 3.5 g/cc. The nickel fine powder has a low degree of aggregation, a narrow particle size distribution and a high tap density and therefore, the powder is quite suitably used as a material for producing an internal electrode for a laminated ceramic condenser.
