摘要: Self-diagnosis of a system including a travel route and a plurality of traveling vehicles traveling along the travel route in accordance with instructions from a ground controller is performed. The ground controller provides an instruction to the traveling vehicle regarding a position designated for performing detection using an abnormal condition detection sensor based on an absolute coordinate for uniquely identifying a position on the travel route. The traveling vehicle performs detection at the designated position using the abnormal condition detection sensor, and reports detection data including a detection position and detection time to the ground controller.

摘要: A transport scenario composed of a basic transport (From) from a transport starting point to, e.g., a buffer near the transport destination point and a basic transport (To) from the buffer to the transport destination point is created in response to a transport request of a production controller for transport whose loading times at the transport starting point and at the transport destination point are specified. The buffer is reserved so as to perform the basic transport (From) and the basic transport (To), transport vehicles are allocated, the travel time to the transport starting point or the buffer and the travel time from the transport starting point or the buffer are estimated, and transport instructions are given to the transport vehicles. The possibility that the loading times are out of the specified period is evaluated. If the possibility is larger, the impossibility of a just-in-time transport is notified to the production controller.

摘要: An encoder 13 determines the remaining travel distance of a stacker crane to perform deceleration control. When a linear sensor 8 determines an absolute distance from the stop position, the linear sensor 8 performs deceleration control, and when a mark sensor 26 detects a mark 36, the mark sensor 26 performs stop control. Likewise, deceleration control is performed based on the remaining elevation distance determined by an encoder 19. When a linear sensor 9 determines an absolute distance from the stop position, the linear sensor 9 performs deceleration control, and when the mark sensor 26 detects the mark 36, the mark sensor 26 performs stop control.

摘要: A transportation vehicle measures its own absolute position, and transmits the measured absolute position to a ground controller. The ground controller keeps track of positions of a plurality of transportation vehicles in real time, and sends running instructions to travel, while avoiding interference between the transportation vehicles. As a result, the ground controller can control travel of the transportation vehicles in real time.

摘要: An optical head that detects a tilt in an optical disk. The optical head includes a condensing means, a light receiving means, a tracking error signal detection means, and an optical tilt detecting means. The light receiving means includes at least first and second light receiving areas, the first light receiving area being a rectangle having long sides that extend in a direction perpendicular to information tracks on the optical disk. The tracking error signal detection means detect error signals corresponding to light signals received in the first and second light receiving areas. The optical disk tilt detection means compare the tracking error signals to detect a radial tilt in the optical disk. In an alternative embodiment, the long sides of first light receiving area extend in a direction parallel to the information tracks, and the optical disk tilt detecting means detect a tangential tilt in the optical disk.

摘要: An optical disc apparatus includes a withdrawal means for moving an objective lens (32) to a position distant from an optical disc (1) during an inactive duration of intermittent recording or reproducing operation. A means for regulating or fixing the objective lens (32) at the position distant from the optical disc (1) is further provided. Thus, even in a noncontrolled state during the inactive duration, it is possible to prevent collision of the objective lens (32) with the optical disc (1). As a result, both power saving and safety of the apparatus can be attained.

摘要: There is provided a photosensitive composition suitable for a resist material. This photosensitive composition has a high sensitivity and a high resolution with respect to a light source having a short wavelength, does not cause a phase separation in a film state, and makes it possible to stably form fine resist patterns. The photosensitive composition contains a polymer obtained by protecting an alkali-soluble group of an alkali-soluble polymer by a group which is unstable with respect to an acid, a compound which generates an acid upon being irradiated with light, at least one compound which is selected from the group consisting of an imidazole compound, an alanine compound, an adenine compound, an adenosine compound, and a quaternary ammonium salt compound, and which increases miscibility in a resist film, and a phenol compound.
