摘要: To provide a database which has plural log storage areas, and eliminates the sort in the restoration process by means of the application of logs, thereby carrying out the restoration quickly. A management server allocates DB servers to a corresponding one of plural data storage areas so as to access the corresponding one. The DB servers store data to the allocated data storage areas. When the data is referenced or updated, a log representing a data change history is stored in preset log areas for each data server. When the management server transmits a notification to change the data storage areas, area remapping logs are stored in log areas.

摘要: In a monitoring system for detecting a quench in a superconductive coil to which AC power is supplied, a switch apparatus is connected between the coil and a A.C. power source. A voltage between a top of the coil and a dividing resistor connected in parallel with the coil is detected and converted into a voltage signal by a insulation amplifier and a current flowing through the coil 1 is detected by a current detector and is converted into a current signal by an amplifier. The voltage signal is detected with the current signal as a reference signal by a phase detector so that a signal component of the voltage signal in phase with the reference signal is outputted from the phase detector. The signal component is averaged in a averaging circuit, when the voltage signal is out-of-phase with the reference signal, an output signal is generated as an alarm signal from the averaging circuit.

摘要: An image forming apparatus includes at least one image bearer; multiple developing devices to develop the latent images with developers including toner and carrier into a toner image; multiple developer supply devices to supply the developers to the multiple developing devices, respectively; and a fixing device to fix the toner image on a sheet of recording media. When one of the multiple developing devices positioned at a shortest distance from an outline of the fixing device is referred to as a first developing device, and one of the multiple developer supply devices that supplies developer to the first developing device is referred to as a first developer supply device, the first developer supply device is greater in percentage by weight of carrier in developer supplied to the first developing device than rest of the multiple developer supply devices.

摘要: Gold nanoparticles which comprises organic buffer containing a piperazine ring, gold, and an organic acid having reducing properties and which shows a blue color by visually view when it is dispersed as a colloidal solution, can be produced easily by conducting a nucleus formation step by reacting organic acid containing a piperazine ring with a solution of a first gold salt to form nucleus gold nanoparticles and a growth step by simultaneously adding and reacting a solution of a second gold salt and an organic acid having reducing properties with a solution of the nucleus gold nanoparticle to grow the nucleus gold nanoparticles. The produced gold nanoparticles can be used as labeling particles in an immunological measurement method.
