摘要: Managing a computer system having a plurality of blades by detecting the presence of a new blade in the computer system; installing an operating system on the new blade; configuring the operation system; and copying a service that is running on an earlier detected blade to the new blade. Further features are testing services and operating system on the new blade and cyclically shifting services through the blades.

摘要: A door having an adjustable armrest has a curved inner trim in the region in which the adjustable armrest is arranged. The adjustable armrest follows the curvature of the door trim with its movement so that the gap between the inner trim and the door is always substantially constant to reduce related drawbacks. The adjustable armrest includes manual and automatic adjustment mechanisms and provision for a folding storage box.

摘要: Exemplary methods and systems may designate a data structure as tenant-specific or shared. By reviewing a plurality of data structures at the provider corresponding to a plurality of tenants, the provider may determine which of the plurality of data structures are specific to a first tenant of the plurality of tenants, and generate a tenant specific designation to identify a data structure as specific to the first tenant. Further, the provider may associate a data structure determined to be specific to the first tenant with the generated tenant specific designation. With this capability a provider-tenant system may separately store each tenants data.

摘要: A refrigeration device and method of operation, including at least two separate temperature zones, each having a set temperature range. Both zones are cooled by a separate evaporator with both of the evaporators arranged in a common coolant circuit having operational and non-operational phases. At least one temperature zone includes a fan and the temperature is measured in at least a first one of the temperature zones. The fan is operated intermittently in the operational and non-operational phases depending on a preset temperature measured in the first temperature zone. The operational and non-operational phases of the fan and the coolant circuit are operated such that the operational phases of the coolant circuit coincide at least partially with the non-operational phases of the fan.

摘要: With many coated plates, in particular zinc (galvanized) and organic coated sheet metal as are employed in the automobile industry, the coating material has a significantly lower boiling point than the melting point of the sheet metal material. Therefore in the case of laser welding of this type of sheet metal with zero gap in the overlap abutment area to a explosion like vaporization of coating material, which take along or entrain molten sheet metal material and strongly damage the quality of the joint. For improving the connection it has already been proposed that no gap be provided between the sheets, but rather these are positioned directly over each other and then first by means of first laser beam to warm until vaporization of the coating and subsequently to weld the uncoated sheets by means of a second laser beam. The disadvantage therein is above all the elaborate apparatus set up or complexity for the two required optical systems. The task of the present invention is thus comprised therein, to reduce the apparatus complexity and at the same time to at least maintain the work quality, preferably to improve it. The task is solved by a process in which by means of a signal laser beam first all plates can be uncoated and thereafter the plates are welded along the uncoated area with the same laser beam.

摘要: A method for displaying regions of a matrix. The matrix has at least one column and one or more rows having one or more fields related to individual data records. The method comprises: displaying a starting region of the matrix, the starting region having one or more rows with each row having a field corresponding a data record; determining a field corresponding to the matrix position which the computer user indicates via a first user interface; obtaining a data record to which the determined field is related; identifying the rows of the matrix relating to the obtained data record; displaying, on detection of a user request via a second user interface to continue to display, a second region of the matrix which contains at least one identified row.

摘要: A device for producing individual metal contact parts for electrical connectors includes a processing machine for processing a semi-finished product to assemble the electrical contact parts as one unit on a strip. The device includes a packaging device connected downstream of the processing machine in the direction of travel of the strip. The packaging device includes an exchangeable storage and transport module such as a spool for receiving a given length of the strip formed by the individual, assembled contact parts. A marking device is mounted between the processing machine and the packaging device. The marking device places an identification on each of the individual contact parts on a length of a strip assigned to the spool. The identification characterizes the strip segment and is different from the identification of other strip segments on other spools. The marking device marks the individual contact parts in the form on an impression.

摘要: A method of coating a substrate by magnetron cathode sputtering includes a sputtering cathode having pole shoes and being arranged in a vacuum chamber. A target and a magnetic field are provided in an area of the surface of the target and the magnetic field is varied stepwise and/or continuously to displace the plasma radially such that the erosion groove is likewise displaced radially. The variable magnetic field is generated by coils between the back surface of the target and a yoke plate while a static magnetic field is gernated by an annularly arranged magnet in the area of the yoke plate and a target space between the target and the substrate is shielded by means of an iron core which also increases the field strength of the variable magnetic field.
