摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing paste for manufacturing of a negative electrode of a lithium ion secondary battery which contains a graphite material, a conductive auxiliary agent, a thickening agent, and a water-based binder. The method includes: a process (A) of dry-mixing the graphite material and the conductive auxiliary agent to prepare a mixture containing the graphite material and the conductive auxiliary agent; a process (B) of adding an aqueous solution, which contains the thickening agent, to the mixture, and wet-mixing the resultant mixture to prepare a paste precursor; and a process (C) of adding an aqueous emulsion solution, which contains the water-based binder, to the paste precursor, and additionally wet-mixing the resultant mixture to prepare the paste for manufacturing of a negative electrode.

摘要: Electrode 6 for a secondary battery to be laminated with another type of electrode 1, with separator 20 interposed therebetween, to constitute a battery electrode assembly, is comprised of collector 8 and active material layer 7 formed on collector 8, and electrode 6 includes a coated part in which active material layer 7 is formed on collector 8 and an uncoated part in which active material layer 7 is not formed on collector 8. Active material layer 7 includes, in at least a part of the outer peripheral portion of the coated part, high density part 7a having a smaller thickness and a higher density than those of a portion other than the outer peripheral portion.

摘要: A battery pack (10) includes a plurality of battery cells (100) which are connected in series to each other, a voltage and current measurement unit (voltage and current measurement unit (200)), a temperature measurement unit (temperature measurement unit (300)), and a calculation unit (calculation unit (420)) provided in an arithmetic operation communication unit (400). The calculation unit (420) calculates a “first electric energy balance” of the battery cells (100) on the basis of voltages and currents, determines internal resistances of the battery cells (100) on the basis of the temperatures, and calculates a “second electric energy balance” of the internal resistances on the basis of currents and the internal resistances. Thereby, the calculation unit (420) calculates an “accumulated electric energy balance” (electric energy E(t)) accumulated in the battery cells (100) on the basis of the first electric energy balance of the battery cells (100) and the second electric energy balance of the internal resistances.

摘要: A negative electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery including a current collector and a negative electrode active material layer on the current collector, wherein the negative electrode active material layer includes: a first composite particle with a first graphite core particle and a first non-graphite-based carbon material coating a surface thereof; and a second composite particle with a second graphite core particle and a second non-graphite-based carbon material coating a surface thereof, and wherein an average particle diameter of the first composite particles is 5-30 μm; an average particle diameter of the second composite particles is 2-25 μm, and is smaller than the average particle diameter of the first composite particles; the mixing ratio of the first composite particle A and the second composite particle B is 50:50-95:5 in mass ratio; and a density of the negative electrode active material layer is 1.4-1.7 g/cm3.

摘要: A method for producing a negative electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery, the negative electrode comprising a current collector, and a negative electrode active material layer disposed on the current collector, the method comprises: preparing a slurry comprising a negative electrode active material, a binder, a water-soluble polymeric thickener, and an aqueous solvent; and forming a coating layer to be used as the negative electrode active material layer by applying the slurry on the current collector and drying the slurry for removing the aqueous solvent, and the preparing a slurry comprises: preparing a dispersion comprising the water-soluble polymeric thickener dissolved and an acrylic binder dispersed; and preparing and stirring a mixture comprising a powder material comprising the negative electrode active material, and the dispersion.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a secondary battery electrode having a coated portion at which an active material layer is formed, comprises a step of forming the coated portion which comprises a step of forming a thin portion of the active material layer which has a small thickness by discharging slurry containing an active material at a position where the die head is located close to the current collector, and a step of forming a thick portion of the active material layer which has a large thickness by discharging the slurry at a discharge pressure P2 larger than that in the step of forming the thin portion at a position where the die head is farther away from the current collector as compared with the step of forming the thin portion. The discharge pressure is changed in accordance with change of an interval between the die head and the current collector at a transition time between the step of forming the thin portion and the step of forming the thick portion.

摘要: Provided is a battery pack capable of improving volumetric efficiency while reducing the thickness of the entire battery. The battery pack is configured by laminating a plurality of film-sheathed batteries (10) each including power generating element (11) and film sheath material (12) in which internal space (13) is formed for housing power generating element (11) along with an electrolyte. Power generating element (11) includes main surfaces (11a) that are positioned on both sides in a lamination direction, and side surfaces (11b) that are adjacent to main surfaces (11a). Film sheath material (12) includes housing part (14) that is provided with main surface covering sections (14a) for covering main surfaces (11a) and side surface covering sections (14b) for covering side surfaces (11b), main surface covering sections (14a) and side surface covering sections (14b) forming internal space (13), and sealing parts (15) that protrude from side surface covering sections (14b) to seal internal space (13). In one film sheath material, sealing parts 15 are bonded to side surface covering sections (14b) of the other film sheath material that is adjacent to the one film sheath material in the lamination direction.

摘要: Provided with a negative electrode for a secondary battery comprising an anode active material that is a mixture of an amorphous carbon-coated graphite active material A having a density of 1.50 g/cm3 or less in press pelletizing at 2 kN/cm2 and a carbon-based active material B having a density of 1.65 g/cm3 or higher in press pelletizing at 2 kN/cm2 in a weight ratio of 90:10 to 99:1 as A:B, so that the cracking of amorphous carbon-coated graphite is suppressed and high-temperature life characteristics is improved.
