    摘要： The present invention achieves a balanced discharging in a power storage system having a plurality of storage batteries connected in parallel. A power storage system comprises a plurality of storage batteries 100a-100f connected in parallel, a storage battery device 120 at least setting an output voltage value at discharge to each of the plurality of storage batteries 100a-100f. The storage battery device 120 includes a discharge control circuit 121 configured to assign at least one storage battery of the plurality of storage batteries for a master based on at least a battery residual capacity or a battery voltage and set the output voltage value so that the output voltage value differs between the master and the storage battery.

    摘要： A tape attaching apparatus includes: a chamber having an airtight space formed therein; a rubber sheet that partitions the airtight space into first and second airtight spaces and has an upper sheet on which a wafer is placed; a tape frame that holds a tape above the rubber sheet; and first and second supply/exhaust tubes that switch pressurization and depressurization of the first and second airtight spaces. In pressurizing the second airtight space and expanding the rubber sheet to lift the wafer to be attached to the tape, after bringing the first and second airtight spaces into a vacuum state, the wafer is attached to the tape while an amount of pressurization of the second airtight space is controlled to change an expansion rate of the rubber sheet from a low speed to a high speed stepwisely.

    摘要： In response to changes in an input binary digital signal, a 3rd order cosine pulse waveform, which, when it is changed in the increasing direction, has null0null level in a first period of T/12 (T corresponding to one-half cycle of the binary digital signal), is changed as a waveform of (h/2)(1nullcos (3nullt/T)nullnull/4) in the next period of 4T/12 (null5T/12nulltnullnullT/12) and has an h (constant) level in the remaining period of T/12, and when it is changed in the reducing direction, has the h level in the first period of T/12, is changed as a waveform of (h/2)(1nullcos(3nullt/T)nullnull/4) in the next period of 4T/12 (T/12nulltnull5T/12) and also has null0null level in the remaining period of T/12. By using this pulse wave, a flat part is generated in a time width of T/12 with respect to a judgment point. It is thus possible to improve the immunity to the effects of digital signal jitter, obtain change judgment with a sole single pulse and reduce the circuit scale and the power consumption.
