    摘要: A voltage reference circuit includes a first circuit block configured to generate a proportional to absolute temperature current, the first circuit block comprising a current mirror amplifier, a second circuit block coupled to the first circuit block and configured to generated a complimentary to absolute temperature current, and a third circuit block coupled to both the first circuit block and the second circuit block. The second circuit block includes a multi-stage common-source amplifier. The third circuit block is configured to combine the proportional to absolute temperature current and the complimentary to absolute temperature current to generate a reference voltage at an output of the voltage reference circuit.

    摘要: A frequency modulation MEMS triaxial gyroscope, having two mobile masses; a first and a second driving body coupled to the mobile masses through elastic elements rigid in a first direction and compliant in a second direction transverse to the first direction; and a third and a fourth driving body coupled to the mobile masses through elastic elements rigid in the second direction and compliant in the first direction. A first and a second driving element are coupled to the first and second driving bodies for causing the mobile masses to translate in the first direction in phase opposition. A third and a fourth driving element are coupled to the third and fourth driving bodies for causing the mobile masses to translate in the second direction and in phase opposition. An out-of-plane driving element is coupled to the first and second mobile masses for causing a translation in a third direction, in phase opposition. Movement-sensing electrodes generate frequency signals as a function of external angular velocities.

    摘要: In an embodiment, a voltage multiplier comprises an input node, an output node, and first and second control nodes for receiving first and second clock signals defining two commutation states. An ordered sequence of intermediate nodes is coupled between the input and output nodes and includes two ordered sub-sequences. Capacitors are coupled: between each odd intermediate node in the first sub-sequence and the first control node; between each even intermediate node in the first sub-sequence and the second control node; between each odd intermediate node in the second sub-sequence and a corresponding odd intermediate node in the first sub-sequence; and between each even intermediate node in the second sub-sequence and a corresponding even intermediate node in the first sub-sequence. The circuit comprises selectively conductive electronic components coupled to the intermediate nodes.

    摘要: A microelectromechanical device includes a substrate, a first structural layer, and a second structural layer of semiconductor material. A sensing mass extends in the first structural layer and is coupled to the substrate by first elastic connections to enable oscillation of the sensing mass in a sensing direction perpendicular to the substrate by a maximum amount relative to a resting position of the sensing mass. An out-of-plane stopper structure includes an anchorage fixed to the substrate and a mechanical end-of-travel structure, which extends in the second structural layer, faces the sensing mass, and is separated therefrom by a gap having a width smaller than the maximum displacement distance of the sensing mass. The mechanical end-of-travel structure is coupled to the anchorage by second elastic connections that enable movement of the mechanical end-of-travel structure in the sensing direction in response to an impact of the sensing mass.

    摘要: A circuit arrangement, including: a circuit configured to synthesize a resistor having a resistance value having a variation in time equivalent to a resistance variation of a sensor resistor applied with a resistance bias voltage and a resistance current bias, wherein the circuit includes: an amplifier comprising an input transistor; a bias current generator comprising a control node coupled to an output of the input transistor, wherein the bias current generator is configured to generate a bias current flowing in the input transistor; and a further current generator configured to generate a current at least proportional to the resistance bias current and coupled to the output of the input transistor, wherein the resistance bias voltage is applied to an input of the amplifier, and wherein a transconductance of the input transistor is at least proportional to the resistance of the sensor resistor.
