摘要: The invention relates to a method consisting in: inserting the coating (6) into a shaping and injection-molding mold (14); closing the mold (14) such that the coating (6) is shaped against a shaping surface (22) of the mold (14) as the mold (14) is closed; and, subsequently, overmolding the substrate (4) by injecting a plastic material into the mold (14). According to one aspect of the invention, the shaping surface (22) is induction-heated in order to thermoform the coating (6) as the mold (14) is closed, by generating induced currents that propagate along the shaping surface (22), and the induction heating is stopped in order to set the plastic material.

摘要: A light irradiation molding apparatus 1 includes a pair of rubber die units 2A and 2B, which are formed of a rubber material having a property of transmitting light X therethrough and form a cavity between facing sides which face each other, and a light irradiation means 4, which applies light X to a particulate or solid thermoplastic resin 6 arranged in the cavity 20 through surfaces of a pair of the rubber die units 2A and 2B. The light irradiation molding apparatus 1 is constituted so that a pair of the rubber die units 2A and 2B are made to come close to each other while the thermoplastic resin 6 arranged in the cavity 20 is molten by the light X applied from the light irradiation means 4, and a molded article 7 of the thermoplastic resin 6 is formed in the cavity 20 having a reduced volume.

摘要: The present invention provides a heating unit capable of easily and inexpensively adjusting total impedance based on tire mold size so that a power source can be used at a high power factor, and a tire heating apparatus using the same. A ferromagnetic metallic member 10a heats a tire mold M1 by heat conduction. An induction heating coil C1 is disposed on the side of the ferromagnetic metallic member 10a opposite the tire mold M1 to induction-heat the ferromagnetic metallic member 10a by generating magnetic field lines. A nonmagnetic conductor 30a is disposed on the side of the induction heating coil C1 opposite the ferromagnetic metallic member 10a to shield the magnetic field lines generated by the induction heating coil C1. A heating unit 100a including these elements heats the tire mold M1 storing a tire. A relative positional relationship among the nonmagnetic conductor 30a, the induction heating coil C1 and the ferromagnetic metallic member 10a is set by first spacers 71a and 72a and second spacers 21a to 23a.

摘要: A molding device for the shaping of a material includes: a lower mold body, or die, made from an electrically conductive material and including a molding zone intended to be in contact with the material to be shaped; an upper mold body, or punch, made from an electrically conductive material, and including a molding zone intended to be in contact with the material to shaped; a removable intermediate part, or core, made of an electrically conductive material, and intended to be inserted between the die and the punch; induction elements for generating a magnetic field that surrounds the die, the punch and the intermediate part; these three components being electrically insulated in pairs, so that the opposite faces of the intermediate part and the die, and those of the intermediate part and the punch, delimit two air gaps in which the magnetic field flows which induces currents at the surface of the molding zones of the die and the punch, thus making it possible to localize the action of the inductors at the surface of the molding zones.
