摘要: A device for electromagnetic spot welding of moulded parts includes a pressurizing body, and first displacing means for moving a pressurizing body against the moulded parts or vice versa to join contact surfaces of the moulded parts to be fused by welding under pressure. The pressurizing body includes an inductor that generates an electromagnetic field in at least the contact surfaces of the moulded parts. A shielding is provided in the pressurizing body around at least a part of the inductor to protect against overheating. A heat sink is provided in the pressurizing body in between the inductor and the pressurizing surface in direct contact with the inductor and the pressurizing surface. The inductor includes cooling means configured for cooling the inductor, the shielding and the heat sink. A method for electromagnetic welding of moulded parts using the device.

摘要: An induction heating sealing device for induction welding of a packaging material for producing sealed packages of pourable food products in a package producing machine is provided. The packaging material has at least one layer of metallized film. The induction heating sealing device comprises an AC power source and an inductor coil connected to the AC power source and configured to induce eddy currents in the metallized film for inductive heating of the packaging material, wherein the AC power source is configured to generate a variable-voltage or current signal of a frequency higher than 1 MHz.

An undesired current path is prevented from forming at the weld location during induction heating of the plurality of workpieces by the number of protective layers.

摘要: A method for producing a molding, the shape of which is adapted to an initial mold, in which method a plurality of layers are deformably placed on top of one another such that the layers can be joined to each other by heat. The layers are deformed by being pressed onto the initial mold and in order to join the layers. Heat is applied in the deformed state. In the arrangement made of layers, at least one converter element is introduced that transforms supplied energy into heat energy and with which at least parts of the layers are heated to join the layers.

A plurality of conformable induction coils embedded in a number of elastomeric sheets is positioned relative to a first composite part of the parts and a second composite part of the parts. A magnetic field is generated with the plurality of conformable induction coils. The magnetic field is configured to generate heat in a magnetically permeable material at a joint location. The heat joins the first composite part and the second composite part to each other.

摘要: A method and a device for heat sealing multiple plies of a laminate from which gable top packaging can be produced, wherein the laminate has a carrier layer made of electrically non-conductive material and a sealing layer made of thermoplastic material on at least one surface of the laminate. To heat seal multiple plies of a laminate in a high-frequency alternating electric field, the alternating electric field is generated by a first lead of an HF voltage supply in a first sub-region of the sealing region and is generated by a second lead of the HF voltage supply, differing from the first lead, in at least a second sub-region of the sealing region, so that a different heat distribution is obtained over the sub-regions of the sealing region.

摘要: An induction heating device having two superimposed conductors is provided, comprising a first conductor having a first electrically conducting pattern; a second conductor having a second electrically conducting pattern; wherein the first electrically conducting pattern and the second electrically conducting pattern are: i) connected to an alternating current in use; ii) superimposed thereby resulting in at least one section where the first electrically conducting pattern overlaps the second electrically conducting pattern; and iii) separated by at least a space arranged for accommodating material with an electrically conducting layer, wherein when the alternating current is supplied, the alternating current in the first electrically conducting pattern in a specific section has the same direction as the alternating current of the second electrically conducting pattern in said section.
