摘要： A retortable container is formed with an opening formed defined by a projecting rim. The rim includes an external surface and securing structure formed thereon. A flexible membrane is sealed to the rim and closes the opening. A closure is provided having a molded plastic tubular ring and a separately formed molded plastic disk. The tubular ring includes an overlapping flange at a top and directed inwardly towards an inwardly positioned open area. The skirt includes an engagement structure for securing the closure to the external surface of the rim. The disk is separately attached to the ring within the open area after the retort process is applied to the sealed bottle.

The spout stopper comprises a spout further comprising a spout tube and base portion, formed by injection molding and disposed upon a spout hole of a packaging container that is formed from a webbing laminate packaging material; a sealed partition of the packaging container that is capable of being ruptured; and a cap that covers the spout. The cap is inserted upon the spout tube in a detachable manner, and comprises a bottom partition, which is partially fused upon the sealed partition such that the sealed partition is capable of being ruptured by the cap, and a pull ring, which is for pulling up on the cap.

摘要： An induction foil cap sealer of the present invention includes a cap foil sealer head installed along a conveyor. A controller is operatively connected to the cap sealer head. An infrared detector is adapted to obtain temperature data from a work piece on the conveyor. An electronic memory storage device is capable of storing electronic data, and is operatively connected to the controller. A comparator is in communication with the controller, the electronic memory and the infrared detector. The comparator compares the temperature data with pre-stored electronic data in the electronic memory storage and sends a signal to the controller based on the comparison.

The eddy current generator is brought near a surface of the transparent plate to generate heat in the electrically conductive member, thereby softening or melting the molding, and an external force is applied to the transparent plate to disassemble the transparent plate from the window opening of an automobile.
