    摘要: A blown film extrusion system, comprising a circular die (10) for creating a tube of molten plastic which is blown into a bubble (30). A Cooling stack (1) is provided in the center of the circular die (10), within the bubble (30) in use, the Cooling stack (1) including an integrated IBC exhaust stack (24). Air from within the bubble (30) is drawn into an air inlet manifold (180) and spun to a high velocity into a substantially conical air distributor (150). This causes the air to be forced against the surfaces of the copper tubes (92) causing transfer of heat from the air to the tubes. The air is then expelled at the bottom of the Cooling stack (1) back into the bubble (30), where it rises back up to cool the inner surface of the bubble (30), before being drawn back into the air inlet manifold (180) for re-cooling.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a thermoplastic cornice member having a plurality of strands and a plurality of cells. The thermoplastic cornice member is extruded by an extruder that forms the shape of the thermoplastic cornice member. The thermoplastic cornice member is then cooled, providing the thermoplastic cornice member with a skin having a higher density than the interior of the thermoplastic cornice member. The strands and the skin give the thermoplastic cornice member a high strength and the skin also enables the thermoplastic cornice member to be painted or sprayed or brushed with adhesive. The adhesive enables the thermoplastic cornice member to be affixed to walls, ceilings, floors, or other panels.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for performing a surface polishing treatment for thermoplastic resin while extrusion-molding the thermoplastic resin, to prepare a highly-glossy extruded product. The method includes performing a surface treatment to give high gloss to a surface of a thermoplastic resin plasticized in an extruder while causing the thermoplastic resin to continuously pass through a die of a relatively-high temperature and a die of a relatively-low temperature in a nozzle region, and controlling the temperature at a trailing end of the high-temperature die and the temperature at a leading end of the low-temperature die such that there is a temperature difference of 30 to 2000C. It is possible to give gloss to an extruded product through a continuous extrusion process without addition of a glazing agent or execution of a separate surface treatment process, and thus, to provide excellent effects in terms of manu-facturing costs and production efficiency.
