An example mixing duct apparatus includes a recirculation duct and a pack duct having a first end and a second end. The first end of the pack duct is coupled to a side of the recirculation duct. The pack duct has a lip that extends into an airflow passage defined by the recirculation duct. This lip defines a flow channel for condensate in the recirculation duct to flow beneath sub-freezing air entering the recirculation duct from the pack duct to decrease ice build-up in the pack duct.

The unitary integrated duct assembly further comprises the plenum box comprising a front, a rear, and a base. The base is angled such that it slants downward from the rear to the front, wherein the plenum box is physically coupled at the front to the louver. At least two inlet members coupled to an intake end of the plenum box enable passage of air flow from an internal environment to an external environment through the blades of the plenum box. In this manner, additional ducts can be coupled to the inlet members without the use of additional plenum boxes. At least one divider segregates the air flow passing through the plenum box.

The mounting device includes a clip member that is secured to the drain pan side wall and locked in place by a non-penetrating thumb screw. A bracket removably attaches to the overflow safety switch at several adjusted positions and is slidably adjustable on the clip member for adjustably positioning the overflow safety switch relative to a bottom of the drain pan. The overflow safety switch is easily removed from the bracket for adjustment and replacement while the bracket remains fitted to the clip member. Moreover, the bracket is easily removed from the clip member without removing the clip member from the drain pan side wall.
