摘要: A first header tank to which first heat exchange tubes of third and fourth heat exchange paths are connected and a second header tank to which second heat exchange tubes of first and second heat exchange paths are connected are provided at one end of a condenser. The upper end of the first header tank is located above the lower end of the second header tank. The first header tank has a function of separating gas and liquid from each other and storing the liquid. A spacer is disposed between the first header tank and the second header tank. The spacer includes a first portion which comes into contact with and is brazed to the first header tank, and a second portion which comes into contact with and is brazed to the second header tank.

摘要: A condenser has, at one end, a first header tank to which first heat exchange tubes of third and fourth heat exchange paths are connected and a second header tank to which second heat exchange tubes of first and second heat exchange paths are connected. The upper end of the first header tank is located above the lower end of the second header tank. The first header tank has a branching control section promoting a flow of liquid-phase refrigerant from the first header tank into the first heat exchange tubes of the fourth heat exchange path. The branching control section includes a space forming member which forms a closed refrigerant inflow space communicating with the first heat exchange tubes, and a liquid accumulation space. The space forming member has a communication portion for communication between a lower portion of the refrigerant inflow space and the liquid accumulation space.

摘要: A first header tank to which first heat exchange tubes of third and fourth heat exchange paths are connected and a second header tank to which second heat exchange tubes of first and second heat exchange paths are connected are provided at one end of a condenser. The upper end of the first header tank is located above the lower end of the second header tank. The first header tank has a function of separating gas and liquid and storing the liquid. The first heat exchange tubes have projecting portions at their ends located on the side toward the first header tank. A corrosion prevention member having a function of corroding sacrificially for the first heat exchange tubes is disposed in a clearance between the projecting portion of the upper-end first heat exchange tube and the lower end of the second header tank.

A gas/liquid separating part is to separate the refrigerant into gas and liquid. A refrigerant supercooling part is to exchange heat between the refrigerant and the external gas. The refrigerant supercooling part includes an inlet and an outlet. The refrigerant is to flow into the refrigerant supercooling part from the inlet. The refrigerant is to flow out of the refrigerant supercooling part from the outlet. The refrigerant flows through the refrigerant condensing part, the gas/liquid separating part, and the refrigerant supercooling part in this order. The external gas flows around the refrigerant supercooling part and then flows around the refrigerant condensing part.

摘要: A condenser for use in a vehicle (A1) comprises, in an integrated manner, a condensation part (4), which cools a coolant that is discharged, at a high temperature and a high pressure, to the condensation part (4) from a compressor (1) of a refrigeration cycle, by radiating heat from the coolant by way of a heat exchange between the coolant and the external atmosphere, a reservoir tank (5) that stores the coolant that has been liquefied by the condensation part (4), and a supercooling part (6), which cools the liquid coolant that is discharged to the supercooling part (6) from the reservoir tank (5) at high pressure. The supercooling part (6) is configured to cool the liquid coolant that is discharged to the supercooling part (6) from the reservoir tank (5) at a high pressure by way of a heat exchange, which does not employ a radiator fin, between the high pressure liquid coolant and a low pressure coolant that is discharged from an evaporator (3) of the refrigeration cycle.

摘要: A condenser including an inlet header and an outlet header spaced apart from each other and extending vertically, a plurality of flat refrigerant tubes arranged one above another in parallel at a spacing between the two headers and jointed at opposite ends thereof to the respective headers, and fins between respective adjacent pairs of refrigerant tubes. The inlet header admits a refrigerant into interior thereof therethrough, and the outlet header causes the refrigerant to flow out therethrough. The refrigerant admitted into the inlet header flows through the refrigerant tubes toward the outlet header. The number of refrigerant tubes positioned below the center of the refrigerant inlet with respect to the vertical direction is up to 21, preferably up to 16, more preferably up to 7. The condenser can be prevented from becoming impaired in condensation performance when the refrigerant has a compressor lubricant incorporated therein.
