摘要: An optoelectronic sensor has a light source (10) for the transmission of a scanning beam (11), a light deflection unit (12), which is formed for the periodic deflection of the scanning beam (11) within an angular transmitting range (14), a receiving device for detection light reflected from an object to be sensed and/or back-scattered light, and a deflector (18) which has a light entry surface (20) arranged at least regionally within the angular transmission range (14). The light deflector is formed for the deflection of light incident through the light entry surface (20) onto a photo-detector (22). The photo-detector (22) can be coupled to a synchronization circuit to produce a synchronization pulse for the determination of the start of a sensing period.

摘要: An angle compensation method compensates for the angle of the light-receiving surface of a photodiode disposed in an inclination detection device. The light-receiving surface is divided into four parts by an a-axis and a b-axis disposed perpendicular to each other and receives light reflected from an object surface that is an X-Y plane. The inclination detection device seeks the inclination of the object surface from changes in the irradiation position of the light reflected onto the photodiode light-receiving surface. The method includes the steps of fixing the light-receiving surface to a rotary stage that can rotate about a c-axis that passes through an intersection of the a-axis and b-axis and is perpendicular to the a- and b-axes and can rotate about a k-axis that is parallel to a Z axis of the object surface, and rotating the light-receiving surface about the c-axis and k-axis so that, when the light-receiving surface is projected onto the object surface, the a-axis aligns with a Y-axis and the b-axis aligns with an X-axis.

摘要: The position detector of an object includes a body defining an input receiving an optical fibre delivering a light signal, and an output delivering a signal representative of the position of the object. A mirror is mounted to move between first and second positions in the body with respect to the input. The first position or the second position ensures transmission of the light signal from the input to the output. The other of the first position and the second position prevents transmission of the light signal to the output. A spring is mounted in the body in order to place the mirror in the first position. A tip is movable relative to the body between a first position and a second position along a direction of movement and is intended to cooperate with the object to be monitored.

摘要: This application discloses a tactile sensor, a detection method for a touch event, a sensing device and a robot, and belongs to the field of sensor design. The tactile sensor includes: a sensing unit, an elastomer support housing and a base; the sensing unit is disposed in an inner cavity enclosed by the elastomer support housing and the base; and the sensing unit includes at least two light sources, a photo detector and a reflector, where the photo detector is disposed on base, the at least two light sources are disposed around the periphery of the photo detector on the base, and the reflector is disposed at the top of an inner cavity of the elastomer support housing. By adopting the combination of a plurality of light sources and one photo detector, the number of photo detectors for use is reduced, so that the volume of the tactile sensor is reduced.

Rotation of the feeder gear causes a component-bearing tape to be fed through the feeder cartridge. A pickup head includes a vacuum nozzle to pick up the components from the tape and a rack gear to engage and drive the feeder gear of the feeder cartridge via translational motion of the pickup head when operatively disposed with respect to a selected feeder cartridge.

摘要: Position detector for determining the rotation angle position of a rotatably supported object, comprising a light source for producing a light beam, a diffraction grating, a mirror which is connected with the object in a co-rotating manner in such a way that the light beam is reflected therefrom onto the diffraction grating and passes over the diffraction grating during a rotation of the mirror, thereby producing diffraction light, an interference device which is configured such as to be able to bring different diffraction orders of the diffraction light to interference, thereby producing an interference pattern, a light detector by means of which a brightness course, caused by the passing over of the diffraction grating with the reflected light beam, of the interference pattern can be detected, and an evaluation unit by which the rotation angle position of the object can be determined based on the brightness course.
