摘要: In order to preclude resistance of entrained fine particles to collection within electrical precipitator means, there is a conditioning of the particles carried in the flue gas stream by having vaporized and decomposed H2SO4 condensed and adsorbed on the particles themselves. Sulfuric acid is mixed and vaporized with a hot gaseous stream at a temperature above 400* F. and then the resulting hot stream with decomposed H2SO4 is introduced uniformly into the flue gas stream at a zone ahead of the precipitator unit so that the acid can reform and condense on the particles.

摘要: Provided is a solvent separation method and a solvent separation apparatus that make it possible to efficiently retrieve the thermal energy possessed by an exhaust atmosphere released in a solvent-removal step to suppress reductions in a temperature of the exhaust atmosphere. In the solvent separation method and the solvent separation apparatus, a vaporized solvent is removed from a gas while heat exchange between the gas within a condensation part and the gas within a dust-collection part is conducted by using a heat exchange part that is placed between the condensation part that introduces the gas into a first direction and the dust-collection part that introduce the gas into a second direction opposite to the first direction the gas discharged from a downstream side of the condensation part.

摘要: A continuous heating furnace includes one or a plurality of closed type gas heaters each having a combustion chamber, a guide section that guides an exhaust gas, an exhaust hole that discharges the exhaust gas and a first radiation surface that extends in a direction perpendicular to a baking object conveyance direction wherein the first radiation surface is heated by combustion in the combustion chamber and heat from the guide section and transfers radiant heat to the baking object. The continuous heating furnace also has at least one exhaust heat transfer unit that is juxtaposed with a corresponding closed type gas heater in the conveyance direction, wherein the at least one exhaust heat transfer unit has a second radiation surface that communicates with the exhaust hole of a closed type gas heater and is heated by the exhaust gas, and a heat transfer acceleration unit that accelerates heat transfer from the exhaust gas to the second radiation surface in a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the second radiation surface.

摘要: An air blower includes a motor; a fan connected to an output shaft of the motor and rotatively driven by the motor; and a fan nut fixing the fan onto the output shaft of the motor, a diffusive substance is kept in the fan nut provided on the output shaft of the motor, and an ion generating unit is attached to a motor body concentrically with the output shaft. Therefore, the diffusive substance, positive ions and negative ions may be diffused without interrupting blowing and without harmfully affecting the air blowing function. Since the diffusive substance and the ion generating unit are provided inside a fan guard, an infant or the like may be prevented from touching them, and thus, the safety may be secured.
