摘要: This invention relates to a washable multi-component floor mat. The floor mat contains a textile component and a base component. The textile component and the base component are attached to one another by at least one surface attraction means and at least one edge attachment means. The textile component is designed to be soiled, washed, and re-used, thereby providing ideal end-use applications in areas such as building entryways. The present invention eliminates the need to wash the base component of the floor mat which results in environmental, cost and labor conservation.

摘要: A composite fabric laminate can include an open mesh fabric, a first continuous film comprising a fluoropolymer, and a second continuous film comprising a fluoropolymer. The fluoropolymer of the first continuous film and the fluoropolymer of the second continuous films can be in direct contact with one another. A method of forming a composite fabric laminate that includes disposing an open mesh fabric between a first continuous film and a second continuous film, each comprising an at least partially unsintered fluoropolymer film, to form a composite; laminating the composite at a pressure of at least 100 psig and a temperature of no greater than 350° C.; and sintering the laminated composite to form the composite fabric laminate.

The structure provides the wall with heat insulation against cryogenic fluids and/or protection against fire or flames and/or sealing against the fluids. A panel having a thermosetting cellular matrix, includes at least one substrate that includes short, non-woven basalt fibers and is impregnated by the matrix. The panel is such that the at least one substrate includes a plurality of non-woven layers stacked to a stacking thickness. The non-woven layers each include the short basalt fibers and are needled through the thickness without using thermoplastic fibers.

摘要: A silicon contained integrated structure and the method for forming the same is proposed, wherein a hot melt glue layer is adhered under a silicon layer. The hot melt glue layer contains a high temperature hot melt glue layer and a low temperature hot melt glue layer. By the high temperature hot melt glue layer, the hot melt glue layer may be combined to the silicon layer, while the low temperature hot melt glue layer cause the whole structure can be combined to an object, such as cloth. Furthermore, the present invention uses silicon as material. It can be formed as various specific shapes by molding manufacturing and then the silicon integrated sheet can be transferred to cloth. The whole process is quick and cost is low. Moreover, silicon is not deformed due to heat and thus it has lower effect to the environment than other conventional used material.

The resultant roofing membrane provides increased weathering resistance.

摘要: A breathable and waterproof composite fabric includes a fabric sheet and a waterproof plastic film. The fabric sheet has a first surface, a second surface and a plurality of micropores extending through the first and second surfaces. The waterproof plastic film is made of a non-porous material and has an outer surface, an inner surface bonded to the first surface, and a plurality of hollow protrusions protruding from the outer surface. Each of the hollow protrusions defines a channel having an inner open end at the inner surface and an outer open end distal from the inner and outer surfaces. A method of making the breathable and waterproof composite fabric is also provided.

摘要: A universal combination sweatband, headband, and protective headgear device covers and protects crucial areas around the entire circumference of a user's head while conforming to each user's particular anatomy, including head shape and size. Two or more layers of impact absorbing elastomeric polymer materials having full elastic memory are encapsulated on either the inside or the external part of the headgear, between inner and outer layers of moisture absorbing material, such as neoprene or cotton knitted fabric. Hook and loop fasteners or stretching allow for adjusted fitting to the user's head. The elastomeric polymer layers are structured and disposed to absorb and dissipate significant impact forces. The two or more layers of elastomeric polymeric materials are provided with an arrangement of ventilation holes formed therethrough to allow perspiration to be transferred from the inner layer to the outer layer of moisture absorbing material for dissipation.
